I can recomend this Ootel Hotel to all travellers to berlin as i was three times in this Hotel during corona time, i got easilly my reservation with very budget price, there you can have a free parking as well wifi and coffee, they have also a corona test center tha you can test your self for free and it will take you only 15 minutes to revice your result.
