I developed sleep issues at age 42 or 43. I started using Benadryl to help me sleep but then read it could cause Alzheimer's. I went on Lexapro based on the advice of my doctor, who said I was in peri-menopause (early stage menopause). I then, 20 years later, developed AFib. I had been adverse to a CPAP machine, not realizing the impact sleep apnea would eventually have on my physical health. When I found Dr. Dylen Petkus in the summer of 2024 after my first AFib incident, I was for the first time optimistic. I was researching lots of options but his recommendations made the most sense. I would strongly urge everyone who doesn't enjoy consistent, high quality, deep sleep to look seriously at this program. Your health is your wealth.

When I first met Dr. Dylan and he told me he can give my sweet sleep back without drugs or equipment I was really skeptical since I met him on Facebook where there are a lot of bogus claims. The fee was kind of high, but it turned out be worth every penny. For some reason I trusted him. I am not sure if it was his good looks or his charming personality, but I decided to give him a try.Four weeks into the program I stopped waking up at midnight, and I went from the danger zone of sleeping 3-4 hours per night to the safe zone of 6.5 hours. I went from nodding and almost sleeping behind the wheel to alert and loving driving again. From feeling tired at work to energetic and enjoying work again. You can ask my staff about how much better my relationship with them is as I’ve transformed from cranky to a nice guy again. At least, that is what they said to my face. The results of my sleep test before I joined Dr. Dylan showed moderate apnea. Results from a test taken after four weeks of implementing Dr. Dylan’s program showed I had improved to only mild sleep apnea. This much improvement after only four weeks of Dr. Dylan’s program!The wonderful thing about this program is that it did not require me to take any drugs or use sleep apnea equipment. Just a breathing technique, supplements, and exercise for my tongue. No mouthpiece that leaves your mouth dry and decays your teeth, and no dreadful APAP machine with the noise and the bad electrical field that comes with it.One of the nice things that I enjoyed a lot is dealing with Dr. Molly who has a lot of additional medical experience and advice.I also enjoyed visiting with Lisa, who encouraged me to attend the daily meeting where I asked as many questions as I wanted.The thing that I liked the most was the daily zoom meeting when patients can ask Dr. Dylan, Dr. Molly and Lisa questions. Where else can you contact two doctors and the technician every single day and get your questions answered? With my previous doctor, I waited almost a year, 12 months, to see him. After that wait, he recommended the dreadful APAP machine which I hate.That’s why I highly recommend Dr. Dylan’s program. I am on the programme and have managed to stay off of my CPAP which was my main goal - I still have a way to go as there is a lot to learn and implement but I'm confident that the changes will provide me with results. I have tried many things and listened to many hacks of how easy it is to overcome sleep apnea but the reality is it takes a lot of work and time and I've found being on the programme with Dr Dylan and his team has been extremely beneficial. So far I am reaping benefits - I'm surprised at some of the negative reviews on this platform as at no point do I get the feeling that this team are interested in anything other than your wellbeing and improvement in your life - they are committed and always "have your back" and are easy to get a hold of to answer any questions. Yes its expensive, but what costs are you willing to allocate to improve your health and reduce the risk of significant health events such as heart attacks and strokes which are common in Apnea sufferers!
Dr Dylan, Dr Molly, Lisa are very laser-focused on dealing with specific issues. For me it was sleep, sleep apnea and brain fog issues. After the 12 week program, I am sleeping much better, I no longer wear a mouth guard for apnea and the brain fog is getting better each day. These professional truly have your back. They are relentless is helping you with your specific issues. It's like having 24-7 support - very comforting to know. Plus it is re-assuring to hear from others who are going thru similar situations to hear about therir experiences and what thing they are doing to get better. For me, I will continue utilizing tools I have been given as well as staying committed to the lifestyle and diet changes that have been suggested and implemented. These people know their stuff and are committed to helping improve your health holistically. If you want a pill to fix your problems, then this is NOT the program for you. If you have struggles with sleep, sleep apnea, brain fog, and/or fatigue related symptoms, then Optimal Circadian Health can help. I am a believer.
This is a life-changing program. My energy is up, my brain fog is gone, and, most importantly, my AHI score has gone down at least 15 points in just12 weeks, and it keeps decreasing. I have nights when the AHI is approaching 0.
I have had an awesome experience with Optimal circadian health so far. I attribute this to their understanding of the healing process. They have weekly action, steps, goals, and most importantly they give us feedback to properly execute the process, and they are available daily, either by email or their live Q&A hours.Just four weeks, with their help, I have accomplished the following:My AHI has gone from a 14.4 to An average of less than 10 and sometimes is low as 5.2.My posture has improved dramatically, I had been stoop shouldered and would always look down when I was walking. That’s from years of bad posture in front of a computer. Now, when I walk, my shoulders are back, I look directly ahead and rarely look at the sidewalk right in front of me anymore.Another new habit is going to bed at 10:30 and waking at 6 AM every morning, give or take 10 minutes. I used to get up two or three times to go the bathroom. Now it is just once a night and a few nights I’ve slept completely through. When I started, I was fatigued and depressed. Many days I would take 2 or 3 naps a day for an hour to two hours.Now on many days, I do not take a nap at all,at the worst, I will take a nap for 30 to 45 minutes.I have/had high Blood Pressure for 45 years and despite taking daily medication, it would be in the 130s 140s, and sometimes higher. And when I used to go to the doctor, it would be in the 140s. I went to the doctor today for an issue relating to an infected toe. I had drunk an energy drink, sugar-free, and my BP was 120/80. I was shocked and happy.The Dr was even more excited for me. I have had high blood pressure for the last 45 years been taken daily medication for it. Four weeks with.OCH And it is on the way to being healed, if it’s not healed already. On my next visit with the doctor as long as my blood pressure remains normal, I will ask about getting off the medication There’s more I could say, but another time. But I attribute the success because. OCH gives you the action steps needed for the week, The goals, works with you so you understand the process and gives you feedback at least weekly. But we can get feedback daily by email and live Q&A hour five days of the week. This process has been overwhelming. I have been slow, implementing new habits, but with OCH encouragement, Anytime I have asked for help, they given me great advice on how to make positive changes to my bad habits.

After being diagnosed with sleep apnea, I, like most everyone, was given a CPAP machine to wear at night. After using for about three years, I came to realize this was nothing more than a band-aid....not a solution to my disease. Consequently, about 4 months ago, I began searching for a solution to my problem and I found Optimal Circadian Health and DR.'s Dylan, Mollie and Coach Lisa. I've just completed their program and I could not be happier. They give you a complete program personalized just for you and monitor your progress on a weekly basis. You are contacted each Tuesday and given modifications specific to your progress (or lack thereof). This is a very HANDS ON program, both on your part and theirs! This is not a magic pill you take but rather a well thought out protocol designed to rid you of your disease. If you are willing to do what you are instructed, I can't see how you would not improve. However, do not begin this program if you are not mentally prepared to follow a program that takes much dedication. If you do enroll, I'm sure you'll be as pleased with the results as I am. My opinion is that this company profits on suffering and fear. I believe this because the owner capitalizes on the desperation adrenal fatigue sufferers feel in his "Break Through" introductory call. The only break through that will happen in this call is for the patient to recount the losses they have experienced in their adrenal fatigue journey. No guidance toward recovery was given to me. He asked me what were the worst things that had happened to me as a result of having Adrenal Fatigue and I told him I had accidentally missed a meeting; to which he gasped and said "YOU MISSED A MEETING?". He gave me a guilt trip. He emphasized how dire and hopeless adrenal fatigue can be. I asked him if we could use the remainder of the call not to focus on the gravity of the condition, but what on what could be done to improve the issue. He would not hear of it. Then he gave me his prices. $8,000 for his services. This felt immoral. Since he was dwelling on my pain and dread of never healing, I felt like he was a predator; a smooth talking con man. Don't take my word, listen to his talks online. He talks for an hour but says nothing. I asked him generally what his program is based on. He wouldn’t give me a single detail. A genuine article healer will at least give some zoomed out overview of their program if it is substantive. Not him. My guess is that the positive reviews on this site were mostly generated by him or his partner. He denigrates adaptogens and red light therapy and claims he can heal AF without supplements. He claims it is all related to circadian rhythms, which is only part of the puzzle. Our mental state, outlook on life and mineral status are big pieces of this issue.What a fraud. I’m sure he will respond to this post with a slick, deceptive, deflective, and manipulative response about how tough AF can be. Let the buyer beware!
This program is exactly what I needed. I'm only a third done and the improvements have been tremendous. Highly recommended for those struggling with sleep and health issues, but you have to be highly motivated to make lifestyle changes!
I joined Optimal Circadian Health coaching after struggling for over a year with debilitating fatigue associated with autoimmune illness. By that point, I gave up hope of having a normal life and just wanted to be able to function enough to get through my day and meet the bare minimum requirements of work and parenting obligations. Within 3 weeks on the program, I started waking up rested after only 6-7 hours of sleep (I previously needed at least 9 and still woke up exhausted and depleted). Within 8 weeks, I was able to walk normally and not feel like I was carrying 100lbs backpack at all times. This is an ongoing journey for me but I keep hitting milestone after milestone the longer I stick with the program. The latest win was being able to travel with my daughter for the first time in 3 years, which felt truly magical. I am eternally grateful to Optimal Circadian Health for what they do. The team is absolutely phenomenal - knowledgeable, supportive, and unconditionally compassionate. I can wholeheartedly say that this is the best money I ever spent. I recommend this program all the time to friends and family who struggle with fatigue. Give it a try, it may just change your life!
The program is exceeding my expectations. It is very comprehensive and workable. It is clearly laid out while not being too overwhelming. I was surprised and grateful to speak with the both Doctors about any health issue 5 days a week! They have answered every question and worry I've had over many years. You also get support from a "mindset" coach who has been beneficial. I am only 4 weeks into the program and I know it was money well spent. Can't say enough, highly recommend!
I have been working with Optimal Circadian Health for a month now. Before I joined, I was feeling very fatigued, depressed and a little distraught. Since working with Dylan, Molly and Lisa, I feel 50% better. I love that they have a good nature and are very concerned with your well being. They are committed to helping their customers achieve optimal health in every sense. I can not wait to see the person I will be at the end of this program.
I am beyond grateful for Drs. Dylan & Molly & Lisa! I spent many years and loads of money trying to find solutions for my ever worsening fatigue, thyroid & gut issues. While I slept a ton, I woke up feeling like garbage most days. I had many dietary restrictions and sensitivities to things. I couldn't keep up with my kids and was often overwhelmed. I really wasn't sure what to do if my health kept deteriorating. I had tried allopathic, functional, homeopathic, chiropractic, physical therapy, acupuncture, bodywork, breathwork, was using red light therapy, wearing blue blocking glasses, mindfulness, taking tons of supplements. I tried AIP, Whole 30, keto, vegan, etc & was paleo & more for many years. No matter what I did I could not make big gains or sustain the small ones. Things might improve for a few weeks but nothing kept helping. I hesitated for 2 years on trying the program bc I felt it would be another waste of money, time & effort. I felt surely it couldn't be that different that what I could google or research. But it was that different bc a huge part is the timing and sequence of when & how you do everything. And the info I learned is definitely not available by googling. I SO wish I had signed up as soon as I saw it. It wasn't until I had a health crisis where I had to do something, and I had done all the rest, that I was willing to risk the hope. A few weeks into the program when I already felt a ton better than I had in years, I was kicking myself for waiting so long. My health is better than it's been in many, many years. I look better, feel better, have an plan that's sustainable & I continue to have big gains. The level of support was amazing & I can't recommend the program enough. My only downside was not doing it sooner. It sounded like a large investment at first but the monthly breakdown for the investment I made in the program was less than I was spending each month on provider visits, supplements and special foods. Looking back it was a no brainer but sometimes in the moment it's hard to prioritize your health and keep hope alive that something will be different. This was definitely different! It's been over 6 months since I completed the program and I am so grateful to be getting better & better.
I was a client of Dr. Dylan Petkus' Optimal Circadian Health, and I completed almost 1/2 of the program, yet paid for ALL of the program. I EMPHATICALLY do NOT recommend this program. Instead, I recommend the book: The Circadian Code by Dr. Satchin Panda (less than $20 on Amazon). In my very negative experience with "Optimal Circadian Health", what I received was NOT worth the extremely high expenditure.UPDATE: after having an unpleasant experience of nearly 4 weeks of the program, I reached out to Dr. Petkus on the phone. He told me that he was sorry that I was upset, and was willing to refund 1/2 of the money ($4,000/ $8,000) if I were to sign a non-disclosure agreement promising to NEVER post any reviews about him, or anything to do with Optimal Circadian Health. The NDA stated that for any offense, I would be liable for $1,000,000 per offense. This did NOT seem like a good deal to me, so I declined. It is now one year later, and I have NOT seen any money back. I am hoping that Dr. Petkus does the right thing, and refunds me the full amount of $8,000. I have had some people find me via FB and email that have asked me my opinion on the course, and I have offered my honest opinion. I will let you know on TrustPilot if Dr. Petkus refunds the money. I should like to add that soon after I submitted this review, TrustPilot reached out to me stating that Dr. Petkus was challenging this review. I submitted my email dialogue between Dr. Petkus and myself. I reached out to Dr. Petkus using my same email that I used for the program asking about the dispute of me having posted on TrustPilot, and I never received a response. I do have faith that Dr. Petkus will do the right thing, and offer me a full refund, since the program was absolutely NOT what I was expecting nor wanted for $8,000.
I could barely understand what the person was saying. I couldn’t even get the person to stop reading from the script and asking redundant questions to even tell me what they were pitching. All I wanted to know was what they offer and I was told I wouldn’t be a good fit. Come ON. I was soooo excited to possibly have some solution to my lack of energy. Couldn’t even get the guy to skip forward to tell me about it. “What bothers you? What can’t you do because of low energy? Which one bothers you most? Why?” I mean seriously?!? One of these questions would be fine… but get to the point please. I’m sad because I would have tried it. I was ready to try it! Anything! But because he wouldn’t just tell me what it was, and kept telling me I’m not a fit because I didn’t want to keep going over the same stuff??? well, what do you expect me to do? Plus, it’s obvious from the videos that the plan is basically the same for everyone. If there’s an “I don’t know/other” category of treatment? Let’s just go ahead and assume we can skip the questions.
My health was pretty bad prior to the Optimal Circadian Health program. I had severe brain fog, fatigue, insomnia, and jittery feelings. It made work very difficult and had been an issue for 17 years. I had been to loads of traditional and alterative medicine doctors over the years. Nothing really stuck and helped me. The program has a wealth of information and a great support system which includes 1 on 1 coaching and group discussion sessions. Most of the content is recorded, so it could fit into my schedule which was very convenient. The program tackles the root cause(s) of the chronic illness without resorting to prescription medications. The techniques are cutting edge and improve mind, body and spirit. After some months, I can now say I have made good progress on my recovery. My wired and tired days have been greatly reduced, and I can finally get more restorative sleep. The increased energy allowed me clean up the big, years-long backup of clutter and home repairs that were driving me crazy. I'm looking forward to actually being able start building my career again and maybe even working out at a gym in the future. I am thankful for the guidance of Dr's Dylan and Molly and the good program they have put together.
This program is built for the people who are where I was - at the rock bottom of health and desperate for help. I was completely exhausted, confused, depressed, anxious, and losing weight uncontrollably. I could not even function as a human anymore. Dr. Dylan's advertisements on YouTube piqued my interest, but I balked at the price... It's not cheap. My husband had to convince me to bite the bullet and purchase the program, and I'm so thankful he did. Now, being on the other side of it, I can see that it was very much worth it for me to have someone take my hand and tell me step-by-step what to do, what to change, what to eat, and how to structure my day. I needed someone to spoon feed me the baby steps. All the healthy eating and supplements I was taking were not enough... I wasn't getting better, just continually worse. I do credit this program with changing my life. It changed my trajectory, and now I'm headed in a beautifully positive direction. At first I was really worried because the program seemed so simple, but then as the weeks progressed they introduced more aspects to it, a few at a time. For all you out there struggling with the cost, like I was - you're paying for not only the team's expertise, but also the vast amounts of time this very small team will be spending to answer your questions and personalize your program. The team (Lisa and Drs. Molly and Dylan) is friendly and sweet and fun, and you can relax and trust them to have your best interest at heart. They're also very thorough and they answer every single little question like it's the only question. Nothing is TMI and everything you bring up is a piece of the puzzle for them to help personalize your own little twist of the program for you. Don't be like me and take the whole six weeks to finally trust them... you'll waste precious time. They truly are good-natured, very helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. You'll get the best results if you dive in wholeheartedly, and that's true with anything. And the program works! I went from unable to eat anything except bland meat without suffering from bloating and diarrhea, unable to walk to the mailbox because I was so weak, constant headaches for over a year (one headache lasted two weeks straight...), unable to socialize because tracking conversation gave me a headache, and unable to drive because of those headaches (I actually put a big dent in my car when I hit a pole... *fail* ...after that my husband forbid me to drive with a headache, which pretty much ruled out driving altogether!), to hiking in Bryce Canyon with my hubby (bucket list!!), able to go for walks in my neighborhood, able to jog once a month or so, able to eat a whole boatload more foods, able to sleep through the night, and able to cook and clean like a normal human again. I'm able to hold conversations with people again. I caught myself singing as I was doing chores around the house. I used to sing all the time! That had stopped years ago. Now I'm singing around the house again. I called up my friend and asked her if she wanted to go out for the day. She was floored because I hadn't been able to do that in so long. I'm gardening again! Heck, I'm keeping a pet again for the first time in a few years. I still get some headaches, and I still have a whole lot of dietary restrictions, and I still have a long way to go. But now I do feel like I have the tools I need and the knowledge in my pocket to keep me on track for more and more and more improvement. I'm looking ahead and I feel like the progress I've made is only the beginning! I have big plans. Look out, world!
