Dov took the time to call me in the US from Israel on a Sunday, to assist me with my wifi connection issue. He gave me some helpful suggestions to try and booked a follow-up call. I tried the troubleshooting tips but they were initially unsuccessful. I sent a message asking if our booked follow-up call could be changed due to a conflict and Dov accommodated my request. When we spoke again, he had me try a different approach and this resolved the issue. Dov ensured that the issue was resolved before closing the case, acting with care and dedication to resolving the problem. I highly recommend! Jeanette
Dov was patient and able to diagnose my problem and come up with a solution. He clearly has an in depth knowledge of the OrCam and how to get the best out of it for users needs. He guided me through set up and pairing skill fully explaining not only OrCam but also iPhone screens and menus. Made a techie virgin feel like a pro!!
I needed assistance with updating my Orcam Read. Dov called me and patiently walked me through the process. I'm not only visually impaired, I'm hearing impaired as well. Dov never made me feel like I was a burden and I came away from the interaction with my Orcam updated and feeling very happy. This is an excellent company with stellar customer service.
Dov was extremely courteous, fully knowledgeable of my OrCam product and, most importantly, able to assist me in quickly resolving the issues I was experiencing with its use.

Orcam support team called several times before getting through to us. They did not give up. Dov, who dealt with our case, finally got to speak to us. He called when he said he would each time, and dealt professionally and patiently with us, giving us confidence in using the Orcam. The problems we experienced were solved without any fuss.
UK sales order fulfilment operation is very weak - the charging cable supplied does not fit the device. The supplied UK support telephone support number leads to a useless endless loop of options followed by disconnection. As I can't get the supplied device working yet, I can' post a review of it. Wake up OrCam - nake sure devices you supply 'work out of the box' - and provide a working UK customer telephone support system. At the moment, you don't know how to set up a competent export system. Pay me, and I'll do it for you, if you resource it properly!

I was having trouble getting my Orcam to charge. Alex took us through the steps to replace the magnetic connector. When that wasn't the problem he guided us through some other steps to see if the device would charge. Unfortunately nothing worked, and Alex has arranged for a replacement to be shipped to us. Thanks you Alex for your patience and help!

Customer services got back to me within a couple of days and gave clear and precise instructions backed up via email.
we Had a problem with the Orcam learn and opened a case with the support team, they quickly got in touch to discuss the issue we where having and set about to fix the issue, they kept in touch via email and organised calls to talk us through the process of fixing the issue we had, All call backs where all on time and the person dealing with our issue was very helpful and polite and couldn't do enoughVery satisfied with the customer service team.
Alex was attentive to my needs contacted me via email, phone, and text and intervened with management toget swift action. he is a credit to the company and went out of his way to provide service.
I had ordered my daughter a new Orcam device and Alex recognized that she had an older unit that was eligible for trade in. His attention to detail and customer service saved me a lot of money and provided great support for my daughter.

Alex did a tremendous job for us. He identified the problem immediately and even went to FaceTime on his personal phone so he could look at the device and tell us what we needed to do.
