Amazing magazine for older children as well parents who are interested to support their children education.Great selection of topics across whole range of subjects like math, chemistry, physics, history, geography. While some of the articles are a bit too hard for my daughter aged 10, (It is marketed to children 12+) it sparked huge interest in science and many discussion about the content in our house. Can’t wait to receive next issue. Totally recommend for older children. Too bad the junior version is not available anymore n UK.

Terrible binding, great content
I love the content of this magazine and the graphics. Unfortunately the paper is very thin and attached with staples, which the paper quickly rips off. We are on our 4th or 5th issue and pages start falling out within 10 minutes of my child reading them. I have two kids, so I want these to actually last a month. I've reported the issue on the first one we received, but the quality has not improved. My son just grabbed the latest magazine tonight to start reading it for the first time and pages fell out. They clearly reduced costs to the point the product is no longer usable.

Awful customer service
It is almost 2026, I don't understand how it takes more than 5 weeks to slap a shipping label on a magazine. Their SLA is 3-5 weeks for delivery (I know that if I just missed an issue I need to wait till the next month). I contacted them via email after 6 weeks. SLA on response is 48 hours, waited 3 days and no response. Called their customer service number - and it just says send us an email and we'll get back to you in 12 hours - which had already passed by 3 days.It doesn't matter how good your product is if customers can't get it.
