Purchased a new replacement spa jet…

Purchased a new replacement spa jet pump, pump was cracked on the pump side. Parts for spas asked if they could send me a replacement wet end, the cracked part and rebuild it for them. I accepted, I shouldn't have, the pump now trips the GFI breaker. I asked for a RMA for a new pump in good new working order. I AM NOW GETTING THE RUN AROUND.

The price for the pentair pool filter I…

The price for the pentair pool filter I needed was the lowest I could find and they shipped it promptly. One of the parts had been slightly damaged during shipping and they promptly sent a replacement after I emailed them. Excellent service, products and value!

So far horrible experience I ordered…

So far horrible experience I ordered something six days ago that was supposed to take two or three days only to find out it’s still stuck at the post office in Florida. I’ve called the number three times to try to get some help and there’s only an answering service that takes your message and says I’ll get a call back but never get a call back. I highly do not recommend using this company.

Return policy sucks

Return policy is not great. I purchased a timer that did not work for my application. Paid the money to ship it back, it’s been several weeks since it arrived and told they need to diagnose the problem. The problem was it did not work for my application, spend the extra and buy from Amazon.. Kevin is no bueno

Choose another company to do business with

I ordered a custom cover for my hot tub on October 27th and it finally arrived on December 4th. I just unpacked it today as I needed help to carry it to the backyard. When I put it on, the skirt was way too tight.There is no way to adjust it as it’s part of the cover. The top of the cover appears to fit ok, but when they made the skirt, they goofed. I contacted the company and Kevin replied that it was custom made and there are no returns. They had the correct measurements but screwed up. I will contact my credit card company and contest the charge. This company goes by several names including, PartsforSpas.com, Stonewood Manufacturing, HotTubCoverSpot.com to name a few. If you need a hot tub cover, choose anyone but this company!!

Wish I read reviews before ordering from them about this company and…

Wish I read about this company and Kevin before I ordered an part. Wrong connector on part was delivered. Useless to me but on the site they have the one with the correct connector. Hey Kevin, can I do an exchange? Crickets. Send it back? My cost to ship, then I'll be charged the original shipping charged plus a 25% restocking fee. Oh wait, they didn't do exchanges so all the above is lost. Is I could give zero stars, they'd get that

Merchant Hacked - Fraud Charges

I placed an order from this company for parts which were listed as in stock, only to be contacted the next day that parts were not in stock ... so the order was canceled.About six weeks later, the credit-card, email address, etc that I used for this purchase was then used for fraudulent purchases in India. I use a unique email address for each online purchase to track this so know that the data breach was from PartsForSpas.com.

Great for parts.

I bought a gecko spa kit from Kevin. The price was fair and the shipping was fast. The spa pack did not come with directions or a quick guide. We were installing it on a Sunday and needed some help. I emailed the company and Kevin got back to me quickly. He provided what we needed and we got things to work. Thanks Kevin.

I ordered a hot tub cover and two days…

I ordered a hot tub cover and two days later i received an email from a Kevin informing that since Covid and one of the freight transportation companies going out of buisness, we now have to charge an increase to your order of $70.00. Do you still want too continue with your order? I requested Kevin to call me which he avoided and all he wanted to do is communicate through email. I then did so e research and reviews to find that partsforspas has other web sites with different names set up tge same exact way. They also have several reviews that Kevin used the same BS shipping increase tactic. These reviews go back for years, so Kevin is a scammed and obviously can't communicate with anybody except his keyboard. I asked for a return it did take about 7 days but I did receive it. I would not trust Kevin for anything. I live in Syracuse, NY and drove 2 hrs where a guy has a whole warehouse full of covers and he through in a solar cover, heavy weather strap and the price was just as cheap with double weather barrier and pitched as well. So glad I found Larry in North Tonawanda anyone looking for a quality cover from a person with integrity I would seek him out.

STOP

STOP! If you are looking for a hot tub cover or cap, look somewhere else. This company is simply a pass through distributor. Any warranty claims are referred back to the manufacturer. The hot tub cap that I ordered from Partsforspas was made by Blue Water Spa Covers and they are crap. Customer Service is a joke (never answer or return phone calls} and in my case customer pays to ship and return the item. I put it in the garbage.

part had wrong wiring so asked via email if I could replace it. They said they don’t usually take returns but I sent pictures saying we never even took it past the box. So I sent it back to Kevin and paid $15.32 in shipping. Then I was told I have to pay $22.58 for shipping ( even though I was charge $15.99 originally) and $37.76 restocking fee so they scammed $75.68 out of me and I don’t have a part. I also repeatedly asked for a phone number but they refused to give one. This place is a scam.

False advertising / bait and switch …

False advertising on the delivery time frame (currently at 8 weeks and awaiting production)Was told they had to charge $70 more for shipping due to their increased shipping costs.

Buyer beware

Buyer beware. Web page will lead you to believe the shipping is free on spa covers. Apparently it is not, as I was contacted two days after I ordered (and had paid the agreed price) and told I was misquoted. I was told they wanted another $60 for shipping. Misleading. Canceled my order immediately.
