Horrible customer service. Snotty attitude, customer’s fault we don’t know they have different policies on order confirmation by phone vs online. Combative attitude. Will never use them again. One star review is one star to many .

Terrible workmanship and quality.
Terrible workmanship and quality on Papyrus Grass - would never display this in my house. Box showed indication that it had been returned and reshipped to me. Have done business with them several years ago and quality was exceptional. Don't know went wrong. Won't buy again!

Think twice before you make your purchase
I had used Petals before when it used to have brick and mortar store locations. I needed to find arrangements for a holiday party and found their website. Based on the pictures for the items, I expected the products to be high quality and delivered with timely service. That is not too much ask based on their prices. One item arrived within the 10 business day published information. The three others arrived 30 days after order which gave me no time to recover if any items were damaged. Two were fine but the third they decided to change the vase and that change was a negative and not as published. I was also out of town during this period and was given no real opportunity to return/replace. Bottom line, with their prices, describing and displaying items that they do not ship and much longer delivery time, I will no longer due business with them. Think carefully before you do.

Horrible smell
I have used Petals before and always loved their products. My latest purchase of a vase of mixed flowers has a very bad, strong smell to it. I used silk flower spray to see if that would help, but it did not. It has now been long enough for the smell to go away, but obviously it is here to stay. I wished I had returned it.

I will not use this company again!
I used this company in the past & it was fantastic. I ordered some flowers, pebbles & vase. I ordered it on 4/29 & they just boxed it up & mailed it 5/7. I called two times asking if it would be here by Mother’s Day. Mow it will be here after then. They obviously don’t care whether the item gets to the customer in time for special occasions & don’t even offer expedited shipping. I will never use them again.

Great faux flowers, not great customer service
I do like the products as they are the most life like faux flower arrangements I’ve found. However, their customer service is lacking. Sometimes it’s not what you say but how you say it. The shipping costs are high. Order accuracy needs improvement. I ordered 12 stems as stated in picture and only received one.

I have been a long standing customer…
I have been a long standing customer #1055597. For the holidays in December 2024, I sent arrangements to 3 family members. All received in great condition according to them. However there was no indication who sent them. Fortunately, 2 of them knew of my previous gifts and concluded I sent them. Know the holidays are always hectic but this should not happen.

Prepare to wait 2 months
I ordered my tree middle of August. I was told it would ship middle of September if not before. Those were their exact words from customer service when I inquired about my order. I will receive my tree next week. TWO months after placing my order. Not worth it!! Do not order it’s not worth it.
