I really appreciated Steve’s assistance.(I took his name because he was so helpful. I rarely do that.) He gave me the information I needed and much more helpful information as well, with kindness and professionalism. Our dogs are so important to us and being understood, helped, and informed makes all the difference.
My name is Karen Foxx, I have a 17.5 year old Yorkie/Chihuahua name Kiki Sheppard. I was having the most awful time with getting my furbaby's prescriptions filled through regular pharmacies. I did a search for an online dog pharmacy and I was linked to your website. I spoke with your customer service agent, Steve Nelson, HE WAS AWESOME!!! I was having an unpleasant experience with my vet to get Kiki's prescriptions sent to your pharmacy, it took three days of back and forth, they literally sent her prescriptions to the wrong fax number twice. However, Mr. Nelson was actively working behind the scenes to get Kiki's medication filled. He tracked my account activity, called me with updates, and he was always pleasant, professional, and understanding of my unpleasant situation. I will be getting all of my future prescriptions for Kiki filled through PetCareRx. Thank you Mr. Nelson, and thank you PetCareRx for such a pleasant experience. Lastly, please get an app, as it would make the shopping experience easier. Thank you all very much for your hard work and dedication. Ms. Karen Foxx and Kiki Sheppard.

I had the most awesome customer service experience today with PetRX. This is my first time with pet RX and the gentleman I spoke to was amazing. We had a brief conversation over our dogs while he was working on my order and made the experience very seamless. Kudos for an outstanding job!!!
I have been a PetPlus member for 3.5 years now, and I just cannot justify continuing to give them my money with their deceitful ways. I went to purchase my yearly flea/tick and heartworm medications from PetCareRx. It says at checkout that the cost for the 3 items was $325.46 with a discount of $117.98 because of the PetPlus benefit which takes the total to $207.48. Seconds after purchasing, I received a confirmation email that I was charged $319.95. I reached out to the customer service and provided a screenshot of the checkout screen. They informed me that the cost was actually $522 and that the total listed was actually the total amount saved, not the total amount charged. Huh? How can a company not put the total amount being charged on the checkout page. This isn't the first time something like this has happened and when I provide proof, they have some really odd explanation that makes no sense. I find their price breakdowns to be very deceitful and their customer service very poor. They also don't even have several of the products that I use (and have requested to be put in stock), so there's really no point in continuing my business with this company. Think again before considering the membership because the prices they list are apparently not what you actually end up paying.
I'm convinced PetCareRX.com I've been attempting since July 12 (nearly 2 months) to obtain my pets prescriptions. Nobody ever answers the phone. I once sat on hold an entire hour before being disconnected. Their "LiveChat" never has anyone available. My pets are still waiting for their medications. It is now September 4th. I've resubmitted. Nothing. I've emailed them the actual prescription. Nothing. The only reason I thought to use them in the first place is that my company offered it as a benefit. I am convinced PetCareRX.com is just a scam, so beware. Save your money.
I made one order in March 2021 for cat food. My elderly cat died in December 2021. Apparently since then, they’ve been charging me an annual membership. They never sent receipts for this charge. They never contacted me about my so-called membership. Further, it’s odd that they never questioned an account with zero transactions in years would have a membership. It’s a scam. Be very careful!
Absolutely amazing customer service! He truly understood my anxiety and where I was coming from, which meant the world to me. They took the time to make sure everything was handled with care—no rushing, no rudeness, just genuine patience and kindness. As an anxious woman, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

She answered all my questions having my Account in front of her...As I explained I have been ordering cat food since the Pandemic and I have allways been impressed with the service provided as I live in CA and in 3 to 5 days my order is sitting on my front porch and I will add the local stores most of the time do not have any stock and the local prices are more than what you have charged me....Keep up the Great job you have been doing....
The CSR was very polite, professional, and easy to understand. She explained the answer to my question quickly and was very easy to work with.
