It’s not a big deal, if you’re going to charge nearly $600 for you service, to go the extra mile. I’m not sure why they didn’t for me and my dog. Maybe pride, maybe arrogance, or maybe you think your education makes you better. I’ll give you a life lesson. Most services give average service. Why not go above and beyond average? You are charging like you go above and beyond, but in my case you fell short of average.
In my opinion, this website is a total rip off. The recipe I received could not have possibly been for a balanced diet. It listed ground turkey, lots of brown rice (more than 3x the meat), some vegetables, wheat germ oil and an expensive supplement that I believe is sold through an affiliate. The site stated that the supplement would last for 85 days, but that would be for a 10 pound dog. I would be lucky to get a months worth out of it.
Wish I could give a 'no stars' rating. Don't waste your time or money with petdiets.com. The 'recipes' I paid for literally stated 1. meat 2. Sweet potatoes and 3. Supplements you need to buy that are U$56 bucks plus U$40 shipping and as I am in Canada and extra U$35 import taxes. Meat, not a balanced recipe. The balance was all in the expensive supplements. I asked for. I asked for my money back as I felt this was a ripoff but they refused. BTW the supplement company has better recipes free on their site.
