Plantershome is a scam - took my money for a greenhouse and sent me nothing - they dont respond to emails and dont have a phone number on their website

TOOK MY MONEY, GAVE ME NOTHING!
I ordered a greenhouse, Oct 2022 and never received it. I attempted to contact them with no resolution. My CC company is now trying to resolve this issue.Fake company don't order from them.

I found this company on a Google site Nov 10. Took my money also. No way to get contact them. It's true, don't believe everything you read or hear on Google.

Unfortunately you have to leave a star rating. I give 0 stars. Never received my order. This company needs to be sued!! And that is exactly what I intended to do!
I never received my order. I contacted the company and the reply was for me to contact the pay agent. I was told that the store was closed. How do I get my money back from this company?

Do not order from this company
Do not order from this company, just like everyone else, I ordered a plant stand they charged my credit card and it's been six months and I still haven't received anything. This site is a scam.

Just like so many others: Placed an order, they charged my CC but haven't delivered the order for over 6 months. I've emailed, etc. inquiring about the order but haven't received any reply. Don't lose your money! Wonder if anyone ever received an order they placed.

I order a 6x8 greenhouse and paid for it ship me a 6x6 greenhouse started in October of 22 email the company many of time contacted credit card and bbb about this company I do not believe they are a good company to deal with I would not give this company a star at all force to for review

I ordered a plant stand in October…
I ordered a plant stand in October 2022. paid in full through SHOP and never received the item. Attempted at least 30 times to resolve issue and they both keep batting me back and forth between the 2. I feel like SHOP which processed the payment should be willing to help resolve this issue. My card shows the payment was taken the next day. Where did the payment go????? Either of the 2 have it.

FRUSTRATED!!!!!
I placed an order for yard art in September 2022. Paid over a payment period. Thought I wasn't getting products because of the style of payment. Unfortunately that isn't the case. They just took the money and never responded to my various emails. As someone stated, the site is no longer active and I believe there is no recourse for the consumer.

I'm in the same boat as everyone here. Ordered a plant stand in 2022 and was ghosted by the seller. I checked today to find any new form of contact information and the site isn't even up anymore.

I too fell for this site
I too fell for this site. I took a picture of my receipt. dated 11-28-2022. I've checked my banking and I can't see that anything went through. Going to double check later. I went back through my old emails and found a partial name and phone number:Jim F. 888-276-2191I sent an email asking where my order is and provided them with an order number. Now I can't even find that email. I hope the above information helps someone. My advice is like everyone else, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

I am another one of many who fell…
I am another one of many who fell victim to this scam website. I ordered a greenhouse and It was never shipped. I tried several times to contact them, but received no respose whatsoever. They charged my credit card though. Luckily visa reimbursed my account,but I'm still pissed off knowing the scumbags are ripping people off. I hope Visa investigates and charges these fraudsters.

I ordered on Oct 19 - nothing. No one to contact, only an email that I have emailed 3 times. I am very disappointed as the items ordered were to be special gifts for Christmas. The site looks legit- it is not. It is a scam.

Very poor delivery time/communication.
I placed an order more than a month ago and have not received my order, any communication about my order nor response to inquiries about my order. I foolishly placed a second order a few weeks ago for Christmas, not realizing the poor customer service. I am at this point wondering if I will ever see the orders, especially after reading the 100% negative reviews. I don't have a product to review.

Just like everyone else. Ordered a plant stand. Credit Card was charged but no plant stand was received. I have contacted my credit card company, but these people need to be stopped. Not sure what else to do, but I am notifying Better Business Bureau
