CONSUMER BEWARE!!
This is the most unprofessional company that I have ever dealt with. The very first claim I had they denied it without even sending an adjuster out. I had to go through about 8 different employees, that all seem to hate their job, before any of them would let me speak to a manager. I finally got the manager to agree to send a third party adjuster out to look at the vehicle. The adjuster 100% agreed with the Ford dealership that there was a cam phaser problem. By this time my vehicle was already in the shop for nine days. Premier again denied the claim saying that it was a pre-existing problem. This was a complete lie and the repair fell well in the parameters of their contract. This is an absolute insurance scam company. BUYER BEWARE!! I canceled my policy immediately and they still wanted to charge me $50 for cancellation. What a scam!!!

I bought the warranty,never got to use it. Due to certain circumstances I had to cancel because of the high monthly price. When I canceled,they told me I would not be charged. I was. When I called back and told them I got charged,they said I would be refunded 3to 5 days. It's been 6 days and still no money. What a crooked way to operate. Thank you

Marc the representative sent me a message via text requesting to charge my card more money after taking my payment. I’m savvy in the insurance sector and once that initial payment was taken the rate was locked in. Marc is a scammer.Marc message below Hey Good morning I am sorry but with the vin the rates went up a little it will be $144.00 a month but the first payment will be $135.00 can i get the ok to charge you $6?I then requested a full refund and cancel the warranty Marc respond again via text message I am sorry the rates went up with the vin by a few dollarsCorrect and now when i put in the vin it went up to $160 but i did apply more discounts to bring it down to 144 and only $135 to startI will not charge it i will refund you the $129.00 and let me know in the future if you get better rates just be careful from scammersI will email email the underwriter now and let them know and explain to them if we can keep it on the 129You got a full refund it will show back to the card with in 3-5 daysOnc
