They owe me money!!
They owe me a refund for two separate orders I placed earlier this year. They never sent me my orders for 5 RUBY. Took my money and closed up shop. Website went down after I reached out several times about my orders and my friends order. May and June

This Ponytail pulled a hole of hair off my head!
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! This ponytail pulled my hair out it's a bare spot on the top of my head bigger than the size of a quarter! A total piece of junk! DO NOT let this happen to you! I wish I could download a photo! For those of you that didn't get your product...be glad..at least you still have hair!

Wish I could give ZERO stars!! I have ordered from this company many times in the last few years. Decided I needed a new “Ruby” (hair ponytail), had so trouble getting onto the website. Only to NOT RECEIVE MY PRODUCT!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS OUT OF BUSINESS AND SOMEONE ELSE IS TAKING THE MONEY. I emailed them and filed a dispute with my bank.

Horrible
Horrible, fraud website. Never received my order. I put a dispute in with my bank. I sent 20 emails and no responses. Called, phone disconnected. I learned one thing check out the website if they are legit. Because this website added a slight difference to the name. Beware! They deserve 0 rating!

Same here.its been a year. since I ordered from them. It took months than they told me they were out of the color I ordered.i responded all via email to send the color they had..no response. I've emailed over n over. 10, 15 times. No response. Cannot find a contact # for them. they owe me like$90 too and never received any product..

They have filled bankruptcy. I received a letter from their attorney in the mail. Interesting they were happy to take my money. Great product. Clearly they ran it into the ground. JERKS

I Ordered on 2/22/23 and have not received my product and I have emailed about 8 times called once a month ago left message and no response they did credit me 20.84 a while back for the wait but now I cannot get a hold of no one and I bought two hair extensions they owe me 85 dollars, I just Edith want my Order or my money back that’s a lot of money to lose

Absolutely do NOT recommend…
I’ve had good luck with this company in the past (I love their ponytail extensions), but I placed an order at the beginning of February and never received it, even though they immediately charged my credit card. I reached out via email a few times and received replies at first, telling me they were having issues and would ship them out soon, but I haven’t even received replies to the past couple emails I’ve sent them. I finally submitted a claim to my credit card company and they refunded my money. I don’t know if they’ve gone out of business or what, but this was a very disappointing experience.

I ordered from this company over 2 months ago. None of their phone numbers are valid and they have an "automated" reply to email. They took my money, never sent me a product, and there is no way to get in touch with them. This is A SCAM! Do not buy from them!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Zero stars. I’m not even sure they exist anymore. I placed an order that was never fulfilled even after multiple emails to customer service over almost 60 days. Your order confirmation says expect delivery in 5-9 business days, but I never received the items or reasons for delay. I finally asked them to cancel and refund. I have not received an email back regarding my request. I attempted to call the company using the 1-877 number listed. The message says the number is “temporarily out of service.”
