Awesome Company!! They delivered on everything they said and mor, they are the only lender that got me approved for the line of credit I have been looking for and no other lender could approve me for. Highly Recommend if you are looking for someone trustworthy and reliable. Ask for Joe and Andrew!

Rob and Proto are great to work with. Rob performs miracles and really cares about the future growth of my business.Even though my business’ is rapidly growing and is generating over $10,000,00.00 a year in revenue, it is difficult for me to access capital at the bank and meet important deadlines for growth opportunities. I honestly cannot believe this company does not have more negative reviews. After dealing with Proto Financial, it makes you wonder how many of their positive reviews are even real. I am not the type of person who ever writes reviews, but this was hands down the most scummy business experience I have ever had, and it was bad enough that I felt obligated to warn others.I was contacted by Proto Financial after inquiring about small business funding through one of their partner companies. From day one, my phone was completely blown up. Calls, texts, voicemails, nonstop. It felt desperate, aggressive, and unprofessional. They were clearly more interested in getting me on the phone than actually providing a real service.The first representative I dealt with was Joe. From the beginning, I was given false confidence about securing the funding I asked for. I was told everything was good, that the deal was moving forward, and that funding was essentially locked in. Based on those claims, I was sent contracts to sign. After I signed, suddenly the story changed and I was told the deal did not go through.That is when I was handed off to Rob, who was introduced as the sales manager. Dealing with him was an absolute nightmare. He never once gave a straight answer. Every conversation was filled with excuses, vague explanations, and beating around the bush. Instead of being honest and direct, he wasted time talking in circles while avoiding any real accountability.Over the course of four days, I was pressured into signing three different contracts. Three. Each time I was told something different, each time I was led to believe things were progressing, and each time it went nowhere. Endless calls, endless back and forth, and zero results. At the end of it all, there was no funding, no clarity, and no apology for completely wasting my time.I own a business and manage three sales representatives myself, and I have never seen sales handled this poorly. This was not just incompetence. It was careless, misleading, and disrespectful of a business owner’s time. The entire process felt chaotic and untrustworthy.Proto Financial managed to waste multiple days of my time, cause unnecessary stress, and deliver absolutely nothing in return. If you are a small business owner looking for honest communication and a straightforward funding process, this company was the complete opposite of that in my experience. I strongly regret ever engaging with them.

Outstanding service transparent communication
I constantly receive calls in regard to funding. Our company is currently on an accelerated growth, Pronto reviewed our plan our client list and our pipeline. The cash flow is critical and some of our clients had very unfavorable terms. Amir and his Manager Steve reviewed not only our financials but who our clients are. With there support we went from a 2 million dollar company to a 5 million. We adjusted our terms and will have an amazing 2026 as we are going into it with a very large backlog. Being a small company it’s challenging to support Fortune 50 clients. With Pronto assistance when we needed a boost because a client payment were delayed they jumped in. We have received a lot of offers and considerably more aggressive terms. However Amir is part of our team and has gone to the mat for us when needed

Robert Was Amazing!
Robert handled the loan for our business immaculately. The cost of funds was not outrageous. He knows his craft. I was happy that we did not have to use much of our reserves to accomplish what we needed to do. I highly recommend working with him first! He is great!
