Really happy with the service that quickplay provided and my daughter lover her new replay rebounder station. They send me tracking and deilvery was quicker than expected.

My family and I are extremely happy…
My family and I are extremely happy with the quickplay products and support. Recently we had a situation where we needed to replace a part of one of our soccer goals. The process was pretty simple and in reality we were just expected to get that part replaced. My son and I were completely shocked when we received a knock on the door and saw a brand new soccer goal just outside. Quickplay policy is by far one of best ive seen from any soccer manufacturers. We will continue to purchase all of our soccer products from quickplay form here on out.

great company, I ordered a soccer goal and it was lost by the carrier in transit (not quickplay's fault). Their support team were super helpful and sorted a replacement right away which arrived in 2 days. will buy again

Great support on a reasonable good rebounder
We bought a Pro Rebounder 5x5 for our daughter. Payment and delivery went smooth & quick. The manual/instructions were a bit too minimalistic and therefore a bit challenging but we managed to set it up. The rebounder seems to be sturdy and will probably last a long time but unfortunately the metal parts rattle a bit when she kicks the ball against the net (which can become a bit annoying after a while). The rebounder has been outside in our garden during a whole year (exposed to sun, rain, wind, snow...) and only has some rusty spots. After a year we were missing a part (our fault) but the customer support contacted us even over the weekend to help us find a suitable replacement part.

BRILLAINT AFTER SERVICE!!!! Ordered a high quality subs bench and turned up within 3 days 👌 however packaging was quite damaged ( a DPD issue) but they answered my queries and concerns within minutes, and we got all issues solved in less than 24 a rarity in this current day and age lol….Will use regularly as I know they will not let me down 👍

Quickplay replay station winner
recently bought a replay station for my daughter's birthday and she's obsessed with it. It's a pretty neat product the way you can flip it over or change the board from straight passes to unpredictable. Shipping was free and fast too!

I ordered a Quickplay Qfold soccer goal for my son's birthday, and it arrived right on time (within 2 or 3 days). I ran into a small setup issue (I'm an idiot), so I reached out to customer service via live chat, and they were incredibly prompt and helpful. Seriously top-notch support. Everything was sorted quickly, and we were up and running in no time, the product quality is great, and my son loves it. Great goal, even better service! I’ll definitely be buying from QuickPlay again. Highly recommend!

Broken item received
We purchased a soccer rebounder as a Christmas present. The product arrived broken with a large piece that was cracked off. Also, the support leg is not the right size and does not fit into the support slot. I contacted customer service via email per the website instructions and only receive an AI response. I am requesting a refund and return shipping label but do not get a response. Do not trust the quality of this company.

An unexceptional order process
I used the wrong shipping address when ordering and didn’t catch it until after completing the order and paying for the order. I did notice my mistake within five minutes of completing the order. I notified QuickPlay right away but they indicated they could not change the shipping address or cancel the order because their order process is so quick and state-of-the-art. They recommended I refuse delivery and reorder after the return was completed. I found this to be unacceptable. I strongly urge everyone to avoid ordering from QuickPlay.

Ordered goals for my sons birthday got…
Ordered goals for my sons birthday got sent goals with two poles the same so couldn’t build this, contacted customer service who sent me replacement this matter also happened again! Contacted customer service again and was told there was an investigation no further updates got my refund back but with no explanation and two sets of goals that can’t be built. Customer service was ok the first couple of times. Now need to find another set somewhere else.

Edit- I received a replacement (Broken product and bad experience)
Edit to below post. I was kindly sent a new goal as a replacement as the parts were still out of stock after 9 months.The pole on my goal broke just out of warranty. Apparently it would've been in warranty if I had signed up to their spam mail. Customer service said they'd have to charge for the part, but they didn't know when it would be in stock.I would've had to keep contacting them for up to 3 months to see when the part was in.Instead, I've chosen to buy another make of goal and share my bad experience with Quickplay.
