Reef builders from Tempe Az remodeled our entire interior and extended our patio about 100 square feet over the course of 3.5 years. It started fine and ended in unacceptable fashion. First, the last project-the patio. 8 months to complete a 100 square foot expansion. The spaces for BBQ grills were measured incorrectly. Nothing fits. contractors disappeared for weeks or months. Promises about appearances were made and none were honored. Our newly renovated master bath/steam room has had to be regrouted and sealed twice since it was finished. There is still glue on our bamboo floor that Reef promised to remove. Never happened. We’ve also had to repaint sections of the master bathroom due to a shoddy initial job. In our completely rebuild kitchen, draws don’t work (soft close feature) and one of the owners actually bent two of them causing even further problems. On top of that, they haven’t returned any of our calls for months. Avoid this Builder.
