They were on top of a fraudulent charge…
They were on top of a fraudulent charge charged to my account. I called and requested a call back. They helped walk me through what happened and directed me to cancel my card and get a new one. Made a stressful situation painless.

26 years experience w/ Business Banks
To say I’ve banked with almost every bank is probably an understatement. After years of trying different institutions, I had mostly settled into the routine — until Chase hit me with a $133.50 monthly fee. No hassle Banking
Being a Canadian Company with no previous experience in the USA market, we searched for a banking solution for our recently formed LLC. We decided that Relay Fi fit our needs and so far, we are very satisfied with our choice. Strong points are: ease of use, great user interface (both mobile and desktop), easy to onboard team members, prompt and courteous phone support. I would definitely recommend this banking solution to small and medium-sized businesses. Our company uses 4 different banks in Canada and I believe that the Relay Fi experience is better than all of these.

I give this a TEN out of five Stars…
I give this a five out of five Stars because of the features that they have. You can open up multiple sub bank accounts. And you can also apply for this as a sole proprietor or a registered sole proprietor. I honestly believe these guys are top of the line because there are no account fees and you can open up a multiple accounts for multiple different reasons like grants, and so on. It is definitely top of the line and I would recommend it to anybody who is serious about their business and keeping things organized. I honestly believe it's at the very very top. My personal opinion I'd give it a 10 out of five stars. That is all thank you.

Beware of using their "third party…
Beware of using their "third party checks". Went to pay my local business license fee with a check (cards charge a fee), and it got kicked back despite more than sufficient funds. Ultimately ended up paying DOUBLE the fee because three business days later was considered past due even though I had proof I paid before deadline. Was on hold for over 30 minutes with Relay only to find out I had to "activate" the checks through a process they literally had to walk me through because there was no notice when receiving the checks and no button/notice on the dashboard explaining I had to activate the checks. Will be making moves to keep most of my money out of Relay from now on.
