Great Customer Service
I ordered the Revolt Pulley system, which works very well with my home gym setup and really expands what is possible. However, my top pulley bent soon after installation, perhaps due to installation error (it still worked just fine, just looked a little odd!). Revolt was great, I reached out to them noting this issue and they immediately shipped me a replacement pulley. I really appreciated them standing behind their products and the effort to ensure my system was 100% correct! I would fully recommend this company to others seeking to level up their home gym!

Terrible Communication and Service
Purchased the complete pulley system first week of February. Ship date was stated to be February 13th. 13th came and went and all I received was the seat. Reached out to customer service and they said there was a supply issue and that the new ship date was the 26th. Frustrating, but I understood. Its not March 1st and still nothing. Communication is severely lacking as Ive sent follow up emails that dont get replied to. Im beginning to wonder if all these reviews are fake and the company is a fraud.

Good product and good customer service. I ordered the upper and lower pulley system. One of the cables did arrive damaged but they were quick to replace it at no charge.

Well, this is going to be an unusual review because these guys did something most companies would never do. The way my squat attachment needed to be mounted to my Smith Machine, my hole was only 3/8th" wide, and their mount and pins were different sizes, so I could not use it. I sat down and wrote a message to them explaining my situation. Not only did they listen to me, but they also made a special pin for me that would fit my setup and mailed it to me FREE. I remembered that I bought the hand attachment as well, so I asked them to send me two pins so that I could use both pieces, and they did no problem, FREE of charge. That is next level, my friends. Very appreciative that they did that. They could have said, sorry that's how it's made. Deal with it. Nice company mindset.

Had a few minor issues because of the size of my squat rack but Grace and the team at Revolt’s customer service were there every step of the way and made the process painless. Great addition to my setup
Great addition to my setup. Does not mar uprights on Titan X3. It can handle serious weight. I was doing pull downs and low rows with 190 on the unit and it handled it like a champ. I have noticed some paint coming off the rollers. We will see with time how if that affects unit or perhaps scratches power rack. I would recommend for anyone wanting to save space and add a top quality cable set up.

Easy ordering, quality product. I didn't expect it to be made so well. Worked perfectly on my rogue 3x3 5/8 rack. Easy to assemble with 1 person and moves out of the way to be able to use the rest of the rack. Quality product with a great price.

Customer care outstanding for the situation at hand regarding the purchase. It was unfortunate that the specs did not meet what was posted regarding the equipment that I purchased, in an effort to further correct the situation I damaged the product while trying to perform my own remedy. The staff at revolt responded immediately to my email when I was solicited to provide a review. A very positive dialogue ensued. Corrective action couldn’t be taken because I damaged the product in my attempt to fix bc specifications being off just enough that the device purchase did not fit my rack. Folks were consistently very understanding, and made every effort to accommodate me, because of the damage as a result of my trying to fix essentially Left everyone’s hands tied, and I completely understand that. I was offered a gift certificate, which I am very grateful for because I should’ve reached out prior to trying to take correct of action. It’s my fault that the interaction at the end there. But I do intend on continuing to purchase from revolt as I have previously.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I Ordered on 12/20/25. Revolt did not print label until 12/24/05. Has been sitting at a local shipping depot (10 miles from my residence) since 12/31/05. Today is 01/07/26 and they refuse to refund my money or ship me a new item. Customer service telephone is not manned by a human and does not pick up or allow for messages to be left. Emails are not answered for days and when they are it is a bot giving a canned generic answer that amounts to “just wait longer” and we cannot refund or ship a new item because the shipper has not reported the item missing.

Very useful for my Titan T-3 power rack version 1.0. Would be helpful if you had an option to include a 3/4” spacer for the 2x3 racks. I modified it by adding a 1/2” plastic spacer. I will definitely buy another set!

This leg squat is great!!
This leg squat is a great addition to my garage gym. I'm glad a purchased it. I also bought the kickstand & handle that goes with the belt squat. They just make the equipment easier to use and more affective. Also just noticed they have a ton of additional equipment that attaches to a squat rack for other exercises. Check it out!!

The pulley system works great I highly recommend it! Great customer service as well! I messaged them asking about possibly having 1” pins for their system instead of the 2” pins for Olympic plates and they were able to make those 1” pins for me. Now I can use my 1” plates for the pulley system and my other 2” plates for other workouts at the same time. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars for sure!

Terrible company and terrible customer service
My order has been all over the country. The shipping service they use is a total disaster who is ONTRAC.The customer service takes days to respond with only generic AI generated responses. My order is now lost in shipping and I'm now forced to file a fraud claim with my bank because they wont refund my order.
