So far it's been a Nightmare dealing with these people. I ordered a transmission for my vehicle. Had It shipped straight to my mechanic shop. My mechanic contacted me when it arrived. He asked me how many miles it was supposed to have on it in which I replied 50 something thousand. He told me it looked more like 250 something thousand to him by looking at it right after arrival. He said that he would see what he could do to make it work and let me know. Not long after that i received another call from him informing me that Not only was it for the wrong type of make as mine was for a Forester and this was for a legacy. That the valves were also bad on it so it wasn't going to work anyway in any vehicle. I contacted the person that I had made the order through her name was Anna Louise. I told her what was going on and that I needed a refund. It was right before christmas so she said to take some pictures send them back and then they could work on getting me a refund but it would be after the holidays. I told her that was fine I didn't have a problem I understood having to wait until after the holidays were over. So I had my mechanic make a video doing a diagnostic check while he was doing the video. He showed where the valves were bad and explained it was for the wrong type of vehicle. I sent the video to them. When I contacted them after the holidays were over i asked about the refund? Then i was told that a replacement was being sent out. 🤦 I explained that I was very clear about not needing a replacement as my mechanic had already ordered a different transmission and put it in the vehicle. I was told that it wouldn't be a big deal that they would get me return shipping labels send both Transmissions back so I can receive my refund. Since then I've tried to contact them almost everyday I'm getting told one thing by one person and something totally different by the next. I asked to speak with the owner which I was told that they didn't think it was that important to have to bother him with? Wish I reply and said if it was your $1,600 would you not want to speak with the owner? I am fixing to call back and see what's going on with the shipping labels so I will update this review accordingly.This is my answer to your reply as there is no option for me to counter reply.... Your reply is very misleading due to the fact that I asked for a return shipping label to send the first transmission back as soon as I realized it was bad. Your buisness has been telling me that I would receive the return shipping labels via email and still nothing. I did not ask for the replacement. On the contrary i was specific in letting y'all know i did not need a replacement. I told Anna Louise that a replacement would do me no good now since my mechanic had already gotten a different transmission and installed it. I have been doing everything i can to return both Transmissions to you guys. Also when I talk to Anthony after the holidays he said there was going to be a replacement sent out. I was clear with him that I did not need the replacement and that you would just have to ship it right back. So I don't feel like it's my fault that y'all ship one for no reason. And I'm pretty sure that when I talk to him one had not been shipped out yet because i did not receive the notification that it was in transit till the next day after I talked to him and told him I did not need it. He informed me then that it would be no problem just to let him know when it got there and he would send me the return shipping labels. I called the second I found out that it had arrived. I was contacted by the mechanic shop to let me know that they needed the Transmissions out of their way as they have limited space at the shop. Again when I talk to him this Saturday he said the people that dealt with return shipping labels were not working and that they would be back on Monday and they would definitely get me the return shipping labels then. I always record all my phone calls as I let people know that I'm recording the very first thing the conversation starts. So I have all the previous calls to back my claim up as do you. I really hope we can get this straightened out without having to involve the court system. I would much rather straighten it out, out of out of court. Also when I first got the transmission I was informed there would be a 6-month warranty so I don't see the problem. As to the Transmissions being estimated at over $3,000 i don't see how due to the fact the first one was completely shot. Now I don't know how much it would cost to get the first one in working order but as it sits it's not worth much. I'm about to call and see if we can resolve this in a cival manner. I really hope so, i understand the accidents happen but at the same time you have to stand up to your word. I will take this review down as soon as we settle this. And I will write a good review as long as you stand by your word and refund me.
