I certainly do not recommend!
I certainly would not recommend them, they did some works for me , got paid within 2 days but they did not acknowledge receipt of payment, nor send an invoice nor guarantee as had been agreed. I called, emailed many times , every few days, to no avail! They also put off starting the work by several days without even letting me know and I don’t live onsite as they knew.

The team did works for my mother Anne…
The team did works for my mother Anne twice and the second time, they never sent a guarantee, having contacted them multiple times! They never respond! Would not recommend at all.

Amateur chancers
I can comment on the actual work: amateurish. The guys who did the work just wanted to get away as fast as possible with the bare minimum of work and effort. As I suspected, their amateurish repairs failed within the 12 month guarantee period and the firm was unresponsive in spite of telling me they'd come and fix it on several occasions. File in the 'avoid' section and pay again to get the job done properly.

2 months of chasing for a promised…
2 months of chasing for a promised quote and nothing.This review does not cover the quality of their work as we have no idea if they are good or bad.The reason i felt the need to leave a negative review is the lack of professionalism and respect. They visited our property exactly 2 months ago to the day to scope the work and were very positive about how easy the job would be. We were then told we would get a quote the following week.Since that point we have called on a nearly weekly basis, multiple times a week only to be told they are working on the quote and we should hear back soon.At one point we were told they were struggling to get quotes for the materials - this is a very standard job that requires some steels and glass balustrades - a reputable company shouldn't need 2 months+ to obtain quotes for standard materials (even in the current backdrop of pandemic and brexit).Today we chased yet again and this time we were told they probably can't do the job, despite making it sound like an easy job during the visit - if they were not interested in the job or could not do the job that's of course absolutely fine, they didn't need to string us along for 2 months, just let us know and we can move on, there are thousands of builders, roofers etc out there that will happily take the job.Again, i can't comment or review their actual work but the way we have been treated since engaging with this company has been very poor.

We had a tricky roof issue which four roofing companies couldn't see how to sort out. Roofersroofing had great knowledge and did a fantastic job. Coping with some unexpected issues without fuss. Great result.
