Recently ordered some beer and glasses from Saddlers brewery. It was a great offer. Came really quickly. The beer had short dates. I informed them of this and with in days they had sent replacement with longer dates. Went above and beyond what I expected. Will definitely use again. Top customer service. Thanks

Customer Services won't reply Order still not received
Order still not received & can't get a reply from customer services despite over 5 emails - on 7 Decemver 2021 DPD notified Sadlers that our order (3x Rum & shot glass) had been disposed if due to breakages (Exception Report) - there is no phone number to speak to anyone at Saddlers - I have tried FB, Twitter as well as emailing customer services - we would like the order if a refund - any help appreciated......UPDATE We had a reply eventually from customer services apologising for the delay and they said the order would be fulfilled.. 13/01/22 Today we have received the missing order.

Ordered an offer and paid for postage. The item hasn’t arrived and it’s been four weeks. Iv emailed their customer services multiple times, with a response once saying it will be dispatched again, that was weeks ago now. Impossible to get hold of them any other way, do not buy from here!

Delivery costs
It used to be £40 and you got free delivery. Now it's £60 for free delivery. It put me off from ordering anything as my total only came to £48. Then they wanted a tenner delivery. No thanks I will stick to my local supermarket.

Terrible customer serviceWas pleased with the products although its really gimmicky and not particular a good. Arrived late for a party and now have no use for it. Have contacted them several times to arrange a return and they have not responded - terrible support, clearly need to work on how they handle customers. I would normally re-order as the beers are nice and for Peaky Blinder fans would be a great gift, but now - absolutely no chance.

Have used the website a couple of time. Part of my delivery was missing on the second delivery . Carol phoned me the same day as I sent the email and replaced both items on next day delivery . Can't fault their customer service.

Do not recommend mail order, very poor customer experience …
Based on recent experiences they send what they have in stock. They do not reply to emails, voicemail is full . Not had a return call explanation why my order was wrong again. Would not recommend, Sadler’s you have just lost another customer, a brash attitude in today’s climate

Ordered some beers from them (2nd time). The courier company send the message they were delivering on the day they tried to deliver the consignment. No one in (obvs) so I arranged to have it delivered when someone would be in. Only half consignment delivered, half damaged in transit. Contacted Saddlers by email, 4 days later by their own contact service, 2 days after on Facebook and Twitter. Still no reply or acknowledgement. Very bad customer service.
