Best 1on1 support if you want to grow your agency regardless of your revenue level (it costs money, but it's worth it. You will feel it even during onboarding.)
That's the 1on1 support I needed very much. 1. I have constant access to Matt, who has achieved significant results in the agency growth space. He teaches what he has done at his agencies and can also answer all my questions deeply based on his experience, not just theoretical knowledge or assumptions. That's the biggest gold for me. 2. Matt helped me figure out the direction of my agency in terms of services, arrange my day to be productive - do the work and have time to take care of my health, and set the right accountability system so I really work more hours now, unlike before, when I wasted a lot of hours on something that was not moving the needle at my agency.2. I am a technical person and prefer to use tech for my work. In this program, I get support to figure out and set up everything I need for my marketing and client fulfillment using AI. 3. I have constant access to Lucas, an expert with a solid track record of using AI to grow the agency. He answers all my questions and helps me set up AI for absolutely everything I need. And not just consulting but DFY. 4. Also, I am in touch with Matt and Lucas every day. Which means I can solve my problems on an ongoing basis. We have Slack communication, group calls 4x/week, and 1on1s with Matt 2x/month. So, in short I feel like Matt and Lucas are partners in my business who use their experience to build my business.

If you want a real path to grow your agency, this is it
It is well worth it if you are serious about growing this year. I really wanted a way to utilize AI in a tangible way that will help me scale. Over the past 3 months gone from 47k/mo to 103k/mo. There is a lot of instant, actionable value of being able to input these systems that have a real day-to-day impact on buying my time back for lead generation & nurturing my larger client relationships. Exactly what I was looking for.

Best program I’ve been inside. Matt’s experience of scaling to 900k/m is worth the cost alone. The AI systems used to scale my email marketing agency helped a ton from content ideas, the script, to writing flows for my actual clients.
