I pay $500 for red roses for my girlfriend’s birthday as a surprise after some time they send a email saying they don’t have fresh roses and they only can deliver after 2 days this is a joke and there phone numbers are not working
I've ordered floweres to be delivered between 8 and 10 but they have delivered at ~15:30 and therefore a nice surprise has been ruined.Phone numbers are out of order and email support responded after 1hour but not told where is my package.Quality of the roses are medium. I bought bigger roses last week for half the price from Copenhagen, so I was expecting the delivery to be good and for support to be good, but clearly it was not the case
