They told me your shipment is out for delivery and later said arrange fork lift to receive your delivery otherwise it will not be delivered, I did not have fork lift they took it back and now asking £708 to rebook delivery.Its day time robbery.
After many years of dealing with them. There is a lot of problem. Poor Communication . Poor Service. i paid for all transportation cost but they rejected all my goods even though all goods detail have been sent to them in advance. one thing i regret in my life is trusting them
took 3 month to bring a pallet from usa, they guarantee weekly sailings but only put your goods on a vessel 2 months later
I would give them negative stars if i could - they scammed us by releasing pieces a night before the storage was about to begin and then charged storage on the day of pickup. SCAM COMPANY - DO NOT USE
Worked alongside representatives of this office for over 15 years, some are better than others but when they call for import pick up or delivery details they are always on point with each files. Their professionalism varies by agent but for the most part I never had any difficulty with storage fees being paid or detention requests being approved. I also heard at 5pm the in office bar opens and they can drink at their desks as long as they remained professional.
I haven't used the service but won't. Reason? I am offended by their TV ad ridiculing passengers. Poor judgement.
This company has a racket going on. Will not let you pick up your shipment and then wants to charge you a storage fee.Stay as far away from them as you can.
If your forwarder is choosing SHIPCO as a shipper to trnasport goods from any destination to USA don't go for it they will take 3 to 4 months shipment time instead of 45 days, A rip off and suckers company for sure.
Kindly took an LCL delivery in BUT decides not to notify anyone of its arrival until weeks later and then wants to charge rip off demurrage/storage charges.
Terrible, absolutely terrible. 3 months of delivery instead of 1,5 months. No communication, no updates. Just worse service you can ever experience. Avoid working with them because your shipment will stuck in black hole forever
