I had a very disappointing experience with this company. They never delivered my visa on time, even though they repeatedly assured me everything was on track. After the delay ruined my travel plans, they promised a refund — a promise they never honored. I followed up multiple times, but they simply stopped responding. Completely unreliable and unprofessional. I would not recommend their services to anyone.
My eVisa was issued on the 5th working day exactly as promised via the premium service. However, the experience was slightly let down by the support team; communication isn't 24/7 as implied, and some of my inquiries went unanswered. Great results, but the customer service journey needs more consistency.
This isn't a scam! They sent me my visa as promised. I applied for a Singapore visa through them on September 30th, and my trip was planned for late December. Two weeks later, I contacted customer support to ask how soon the documents would be ready, and they told me that Singapore regulations require visa applications no earlier than 30 days before the trip and promised to send the visa by December 10th. And that's exactly what happened! They sent me an e-visa, and my trip went ahead without any issues. The company is legitimate, and the service they promised was provided. I contacted customer support via email and WhatsApp. They responded in different ways, and sometimes I had to wait a long time for a response, but they always answered to the point. Most likely due to the time difference between Europe and Asia.

The experience was very good and efficient, we applied for a visa the 5/12 and we got a response by 17/12.It was very quickly knowing that I read very bad comments I was afraid.I really recommend it

I’ve just checked — this company keeps posting fake positive comments from time to time. They also replied to my previous review. Unfortunately, Trustpilot doesn’t support media uploads, otherwise I would’ve shared their answers in our WhatsApp chat.Anyway, the Singapore police is already on it. I hope it won’t take too long.
