The couriers are always very friendly and helpful. Today I called to arrange a collection of an Evri parcel as it’s proved impossible to do that with Evri itself (can’t get past the bots!) and they’ve set it up no bother. What a relief!
Absolutely shocking, I have to advise any company I'm ordering from not to send via certain couriers which hand over to Skye Express as 9 /10 the parcel will arrive there then just stop being tracked and then be lost to the system and never arrive.The amount of refunds I've had to apply for and time wasted due to these utter morons is ridiculous.
Utterly horrendous company. Trying to locate a parcel and they hung up on me. Still no idea where my parcel is but it was supposed to be delivered on the 10th and it’s now the 14th and told 10 days. The staff on the phone are horrendously rude. Told me to “shut up and listen” called me “little girl” then hung up. Shocking company who just contract to a third party.
Looked after me well. Good communication and timeous delivery. Deal with confidence here
Now one of the worst delivery companies in my experience.Just lucky if you get your parcel as they seem to now not deliver your parcel but just abandon it at the bottom of your driveway or depending on their mood leave it a street away at an address that has no connection whatsoever with the address on the parcel.
