Cannot trust this company. Terrible business. They stole my money!
I purchased a refurbished phone from their website. It stated free returns. Upon receiving the phone I decided we no longer wanted it. I followed the instructions to return it. I never got a refund. When I contacted them again I was told to log into the customer portal, there is none. I contacted them again and they never responded so they now have the phone and my $200! I would NEVER recommend them. They are a very dishonest company

Smarter360 is a Turkish company who's warranties are worthless
This company Smarter360 is located in the country of Turkey. They do not honor warranties or even respond to communications from their American representatives such as Walmart. I do not believe that either Amazon nor Walmart should do business with the seller because of their lack of regard for representations made about the quality of the phones. Refurbished phones do not come with original Apple batteries and their substitutes are unreliable. In summary, even though you may think that you are saving money, you are not. Do not do business with Smarter360.

The same here bought iPhone 6 plus last year in august it’s been 10 months and 1 week, the phone is not working anymore on normal speaker it works only on the loud speaker, when someone call me i am not able to hear anything only on loud speaker, and we have 12 months warranty, I try to reach them but the company disappeared:(

Company disappeared in Thin Air
I bought my phone August 2019. It had been working, but the speakers weren’t working well and about a month ago. It heated up and refused to charge. I had a warranty but the company is nowhere to be found now. This is horrible customer service.

They offer a 1 year warranty which is false.After 6 months my iPhone stopped working, theoretically they should answer my complaint within 24 hours but after a week I have still no answer.They have robbed me, as I need to buy another phone, of course never ever to them again

This company has robbed me. I received my I phone 7 but the WiFi would not work on the phone. I sent it back and now 7 months later still can’t get a refund. They are extremely hard to communicate with. No one will answer the phone. And email seem to Robotic because I now have 2 or 3 creates return case numbers. And they promised a refund if I could show my recipt and I did but a month later they have not delivered on there promise. That’s unexpectable!!

DO NOT WALK WAY BUT RUN!!! This company is a Thief!!! I purchased an I phone 7 and the wifi would not work so I returned it and now 7 months later I still have not received a refund! They told me via email only that I would have a refund in 5 business days and now its been a month later and NO refund! its been a total or 7 months to even get to this point and still no refund! Run away now!!! and tell all your friend too. MY refund request # 888690.

We ordered a refurbished iPhone from Smarter. It came and worked for about a week. They agreed to replace it so we sent it back. It took about a month of hassling them to get the replacement sent out, which worked for about a week again then failed. They have refused to change it or refund us and have stopped returning our calls and emails. I’d never buy from them again.

My iPad mini wasn't working properly…
My iPad mini wasn't working properly when I received it. I tried to use it for a while, but it kept re-starting. They wanted me to send it back and arranged for this. Some of the websites they sent don't work, like where to find my warranty. The timeframe to send back (5 days) elapsed, and now when I try to contact them, they don't reply. FNAC have tried to contact them, nothing. The number they gave saying they were available gives a message saying to write to them, no option to leave a message or speak to someone. I wonder if they are still even operating, or have closed.

Didn’t receive phone in condition it was ordered. It was very difficult to figure out how to connect with customer service in an efficient way as website was down.

Terrible company
I bought 2 iPhone 6's in spring 2019 and they've worked great. I bought another one in Oct 2019. Started crashing within 10 days. I contacted the company to return the phone. They sent me the return label and I sent the phone back. I ordered another phone before getting the refund because I didn't want my husband to be without a phone. The new phone has been working perfectly. However, I never received the refund and now the website is down and no one will respond to my emails.

Great phone, but ordered 2 of the accessories and have never received. Called on then and never received again. Now I have to email smarter.co since they do not take calls. Very poor to no customer service.

Received iphone x man refurb and it has a major problem. Good luck getting ahold of these jokers ! Hopefully Apple can fix this hunk o junk. $550 wasted. Shoulda bought a new one. Odds are about 50/50 with this company. Either you get a great one, or flawed one and it's on you to fix. No garauntees
