I'm new to them. I just got the device. First, they give you a misleading offer, telling you they'll give you almost $150 "in credits." This is supposed to be distributed as follows: the first two installments (they actually paid today's), we'll see about the second one. The remaining $40 was supposed to be applied to the device installation, but they didn't. So I paid $299. Not to mention, during the first call yesterday, Friday, which lasted an hour and 35 minutes, they told me the devices were modern and didn't make any noise when blowing, which is completely FALSE. I've only had the device for an hour, and it's already asked me to blow twice while I was on the freeway.

I tried for 2 hours to get some good help. Anyone i got sent me off to a message and a hangup. Finally I got Terry. She spoke clear english and helped us with problems we were having for several months to no avail. This is an EXTREMELY difficult thing to navigate. Finally I think we got it resolved. Terry was great. We are back on the road!
I just received the install report and there are some important changes that need to be addressed but when I call the number I cannot get a person on the phone to assist me (only automated assistance). Also there was a range given of what the install fee would be and yet my installer charged me $434 for the installation, which was much higher than the range you guys suggested.
