Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. The website is quite unintuitive — simply checking the availability of a location unexpectedly resulted in a confirmed booking. When I tried to cancel, well in advance (three weeks ahead), I was charged €478. This policy feels unreasonable and misleading. Unfortunately, customer support was not open to discussion or helpful in resolving the issue. I would not recommend this service.
