Support and communications are AWEFUL
Wife is newly diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes, applied for Rx for free trial of Libre 3 which is a constant glucose monitor. Paid my $15, but the “teleconference” never happened. I got an almost immediate response saying they couldn't do it because I don't have diabetes; after I selected the option that I was submitting on behalf of someone else (my wife). SCAM as far as Im concerned as there is no way to communicate back to SMD through the “patient portal”. It’s one way communications only; them to you.
