Stela is a professional and very knowledgeable. She is very good with a sports massage or just a normal full body massage. She targets areas of high tension and pain and aims to relieve it by the end of the session, which is what everyone wants! She uses the right techniques to give a very relaxing and therapeutic massage, especially useful for chronic pain and back/neck pains. I do like the hot stones she uses which really helps to get rid of knots and muscle pain. She does a pre and post session debrief to ask how I feel which I really like so I can give feedback. The whole atmosphere is very relaxing and calm, would highly recommend!

Yesterday i had a massage and it was wonderful. Ari makes you feel welcome and she really understands what you need. I never had such a good massage and i had a lot of them because i like to go to the sauna and book a massage. Today i feel more loose in my body, it really worked very well. If you need some warmth and calming experience and feel the flow through your body again she is the one that does the job really well. Thanks Ari!!

I have had several massage treatments with Ari of Stellar Therapies and she is absolutely fantastic. I have never really had professional massages before but Ari is super professional and makes you feel so relaxed and like a new person afterwards. Ari had really nice relaxing music playing and incense burning as well. She listened well to exactly what I was after and where I had some back pain and she really helped to alleviate part of my back that had been bad for a while. I always feel fantastically relaxed afterwards and it is an absolute pleasure. Couldn't rate Stellar Therapies highly enough 10/10!
