Purchased a Lady GAGA LP (Vinyl) They gave it to FEDEX to deliver, FEDEX had it a MONTH !! UMG refused to do anything !! Will never buy from them again EVER... Posted a review on YELP, well keeps getting DELETED, obviously UMG probably PAYS for DELETES on yelp. Useless review site trustpiilot is way better ! UMG customer service on a purchase is NON EXISTANT ! AVOID this record label like the plague !

I purchased a Girls Aloud sweatshirt…

I purchased a Girls Aloud sweatshirt online. I thought it was from Universal Music group and asked for a returns label which they sent me. I sent the sweatshirt back and it has been sitting in their Daventry warehouse since 14 Feb. I made a mistake as it turns out I had purchased the sweatshirt from another website. However, why did they send me a returns label? Surely, their system should have flagged that my order number was incorrect. Anyhow, I have been told they received it and will send it back. I chase them every week and am told the same thing. I am £50 out of pocket and cannot speak to anyone who will help me.

Terrible experience and company

Terrible experience and company. Avoid at all costs, ordered 2 items with a dispatch date of 22nd November, only to be told it will now be late January and they cannot spit the order for dispatch, both items now out of stock so I either wait the extra 2 months at which point the item will be of no use as it is for someone leaving the country. Service staff did not care or do anything to help. Will avoid at all costs going forward, fighting for a refund now.

False Advertising – Next Day Delivery Is a Joke!

I paid nearly £7 for next day delivery, but after placing my order, I was told it would take up to 48 hours just to dispatch! When I tried to cancel or change the address, customer service said it was too late – even though it hadn’t even been shipped yet.It feels like a scam, advertising next day delivery that they can’t actually provide. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering – it would’ve saved me a lot of stress. Now I am worried I won't ever receive it. Avoid if you can!

UNACCEPTABLE BULLYING AND INTIMIDATION TACTICS

I requested to cancel an order within less of 24 hours of placing it, UMG flat out refused, hiding behind their abusive terms and conditions and in flagrant breach of consumer rights. When I mentioned opening a Mastercard claim, this is what they wrote to me:"Any third party disputes filed against order number REPUB29*** will result in a permanent cancelation of all unfulfilled items."It is shocking and outrageous to see how UMG think they can treat their customers with utter contempt and use this kind of illegal bullying tactics to avoid credit card claims filed against them. Not only am I filing the claim immediately, but I will escalate this as high as possible, out of principle. The head of communication will hear about this, and so will the executive board of directors.

NOW cd in the UK

NOW cd in the UK - release date April 14thNot arrived 14th nor 15th despite 24hr delivery. No delivery on Sunday so maybe on Monday 17th - who knows!!They can have CD in shops on release date but not with customers buying direct.In future, they can lose money paying a supermarket to stock it and I will buy from there on release date NOT just sit here wondering when I will get the CD

Have never had a good experience

Have never had a good experience. Not with ANY of the stores including artist stores under Universal. Serious delay or order cancellations even with their own releases - when the products are widely available via unofficial channels. CS assistance is slow if any response at all. Bad luck? Don't think so.

Fans are getting Ariana Grande and Justin Bieber "stuck with u" SIGNED CDs which are NOT ACTUALLY SIGNED. Ariana's autograph is printed! And fas have been waiting 6 months for this??? What kind of joke that is?

Decent Product, Slow delivery. One Year on.

I ordered a Billie Eilish hoodie and it did arrive and exactly how described. Problem was it took a lot longer than it said it would to arrive. I ordered April 9th and it arrived April 22nd. This being said, we are in the midst of a pandemic so I can understand delays. Although, the website said they were delivering to the UK as usual which leads me to believe this would happen despite the pandemic. Overall, I am happy with the product I received but just keep in mind it can take around 6 days to dispatch and 2 weeks to arrive.Edit: It's been over a year and the quality of the hoodie has got rapidly worse. I've owned many hoodies in my time and this one by far looks the worse-for-wear considering I don't wear it half as much as the others.

Good experience

Orderd a Billie Eilish cassette tape. The case was broken when i opened the package. I emailed the support and they sent me a new one!
