My names Jose lopez I got contract we tax help usa I paid$3000.00 help me all my taxes and now switching company big scams and fraud I am report to better business bureau federal trade commission attorneys General office maybe open small court claims
Keep claim they are working on your case charge you and literally NOTHING ever happens-contacted the IRS after signing power of attorney they had not even been contacted!! Then avoid your calls
I have 2 contracts with Tax Help USA. April 2023 the first contract, which till today has not been fulfilled.The second contract From June 2023 , which was a fraudulent charge. They falsely claimed I had a $100,000 tax liability. Contract one was in the amount of $3299 and contract two was in the amount of $8996.They have repeatedly failed in transparency, failed in responses to my inquiries, lack of communication, and unwillingness to resolve these issues. Treated rudely with customer service. Lack of providing their fee structure and to top it off, they now tell me Tax Help USA is under new ownership, I have never been provided with any notification as to such. I believe I have been scammed , my recourse will be dealt with BBB, FTC and the superior court of Orange county.
Save your money and go somewhere else. You can get better results if you call the IRS yourself. I got lecture on how I'm supose to pay my taxes when the top 1% don't even pay at all. They lied to me to get me to use them instead of the other tax services. Then they want me to recommend other to use them. I am not happy with the work they did here. They weren't rude but it was very hard to get your case worker on the phone or to call you back. Go somewhere else.
Amazing company with highly qualified and accessible staff. The communication has been stellar. I received a surprise, very large tax bill last year and they have worked with the IRS and my state on my behalf in every way possible to manage this burden. They have been so very helpful, kind, and patient. They are very good at what they do and I am going to have them file my yearly taxes going forward. They always take my calls or return my call promptly. I highly recommend this firm for your tax needs.

I must say that this company is very helpful and compassionate. My husband and I changed our minds about using their services due to an issue on our end. They were very understanding and arranged for us to end our contract with them (even though they had started working on our case). Wonderful customer service!

For a long time I just had the stress of my debt on the back of my mind.. until I saw a Facebook ad for Tax Help USA... I called them up and spoke to Aida, she was very friendly, knowledgeable.. and patient. After we struck a deal, My debt was negotiated to a much lower amount, and I only have 2 small payments left and I'll be completely debt free. It's a huge weight off my shoulders.
