First of all, I think i’m addicted to this shop and it’s starting to show on my waistline 🤭 Jokes aside, this shop has the best selection of Lindt chocolates. I love the cognac ones and will have to break the habit before Easter turns up. Delivery is quick and always well packaged. Enjoy!
Great website with plenty of choice. Never had any problems with any of my multiple orders. Today Paul went above and beyond with my order. Highly recommend!
Have ordered from them a few times and always had a great experience.Last time i ordered a few days ago and package was ready to be shipped almost immediately although i chose 24 different chocolates.They have the best variety i've ever seen and as a big chocolate lover really appreciate that.
Haven't opened them yet as for Christmas but unexpected next day delivery - ordered yesterday afternoon here this morning! impressed.

Excellent fast delivery - ordered 9am and delivered to door about 26 hours later. Got the specialist chops my daughter requested for her Christmas stocking and a couple of other treats too. Would definitely use again.

WOW! The food and service was outstanding! Our waitor Abedulah, was the best waitor I have ever experienced. He handled our party of 18 (12 kids!) with patience, care, respect and efficiency!Everything from beginning to end of our dining experience was flawless. He deserves a raise FOR SURE! Highly recommend and will be requesting him from now on when we visit (which is often).
Order placed on Friday after correspondence on email was dealt with very quickly and efficiently.Received on Monday, exceptionally well packaged and secure.Quality chocolates from a first class supplier.Yes some of the chocolates may seem expensive, but if you are looking for something you cannot generally purchase in the UK then look no further.A honest and very professional service, cannot recommend any higher
Bought 3 large boxes of Lindt Kirsch batons at a reduced price due to the short date.The chocolates are not good. Lacking the usual abundance of kirsch. All 3 boxes from different batches were affected.I contacted Lindt who said it was due to storage or transport temperatures after leaving their chain.Emporium won't replace them, will only refund as they say the whole batch would be the same. Yet they are still selling them and didn't ask for the batch numbers.Avoid.
Ordered Lindt chocolates for my bridal favours yesterday and they arrived today. Highly recommend excellent service. Nicky
I received my parcels within two days of the order each time. The packages were put together carefully and contained exactly what I ordered. Lots of yummy chocolates. Reliable company, highly recommended.
They took payment twice from my account for a £40 order and I never received a confirmation from them. I chased this up with my bank who told me the payment had left my account and then followed up with Chocolate Emporium who claimed they hadn't taken any money and wouldn't be sending out my order. They then went on to be incredibly rude to me and unhelpful and then blocked my number as I asked for them to refund my money. Would avoid them at all costs - taking money from people days before Christmas.
I ordered the Lindt Lindor vegan dark chocolates and I am currently feasting on them as I write this review. They are absolutely incredible! The taste and that delicious cool sensation is all there, I don't know how they managed it but this vegan version is as close to the original as any chocolate I've tried. To say these are scrumdiddly would be an understatement.
Fantastic company! Ordered Wednesday and delivered Thursday. Yes they are a little pricy but for Lindt that we can’t get in the uk I would say it’s definitely worth that bit extra. Would highly recommend and will definitely be buying again. Thank you.
Ordered the pick n mix .Great selection of chocolates ,so good you can sample individual ones without having to buy a full box ,delivery was really quick ,packaged really well ,including a cool wrap to help keep them fresh ,no melting .Postage is a little pricey ,and chocolates are a little expensive but are good quality ,so all in all I think worth it as a treat or a gift for someone special .You can also add a gift box to pop your chocolates in .I will definitely use again ..Especially for the kirche batons yummmmy
Great selection of top end chocs. The Pick and Mix is a great idea. At first, the prices look competitive but unfortunately, when you get to check out you get hammered with a whacking great minimum £5 postage - no matter what you've bought - which can make your purchase somewhat pricey!I would love to use them more frequently but the postage seems unnecessarily high compared to competitors.
I ordered a chocolate hamper supposedly worth £89 before delivery, that is out of code in a month and includes a chocolate Santa and two lots of marzipan chocolates. I paid £40 for it plus delivery. I absolutely cannot think who would pay £89 for this. It isn’t even worth £40, unless the little wicker basket costs £35. Would never trust this company again.
