theflowershop.com in Salem, OR (supposedly)
I don't believe this "company" of scammers is located in San Francisco, as is shown here on Trust Pilot. The flowershop.com entity I got ripped off by lists their address as in Salem, Oregon.I ordered flowers for same day delivery from theflowershop.com, based on their same day guarantee on their website. Someone called me to confirm the delivery address and told me they wouldn't be delivered same day because all the drivers had "gone home for the day!" I told them to cancel the order and refund my money. They said they would but it would take 3-5 business days. Today is 19 days later and still no refund. I called the number on their web site, 1-877-729-2680, and get a recording that says the number I called can't be completed because the party is busy and I should call back later (which I've been doing for 2 days). Then it hangs up! Also, the website says they have an A+ rating with the BBB, which of course they don't. This is an unbelievably devious, complicated web of deceit. Do NOT buy anything from these "people," unless you want to give your money away.
