!!!BUYER BEWARE!!! I was a monthly member for a while and consistently left underwhelmed by my sparse lashes that would quickly fall off. After I cancelled my membership, they kept charging me $129 every month for SIX MONTHS, while providing zero services during that time. I spoke directly with both the general manager and the owner, and they refused to refund me. Their reasoning? That refunding me “wouldn’t be fair to the team”... the team that performed literally zero services for those months!! They tried to gaslight me by saying I never cancelled, even though I did it IN PERSON with the staff, and claimed that because I couldn’t produce their own form, I had no proof. The audacity is unreal.To be clear, I never asked for a refund for appointments I attended or for times I was unhappy with the lashes. I ONLY asked for my money back for the months after cancellation, when I received NO SERVICES. And they still said no and blamed me for not CATCHING THEM taking the money until a few months later. The owner openly admitted on the phone that their business model relies on people being charged and not realizing it. It 100% felt like a SCAM to me. Bad work. Bad business practices. Absolutely not worth the money or the stress.
