Disappointing and expensive
I ordered this the end of October for Christmas. The shipping took so long ; it did not arrive by Christmas. When it was finally received my granddaughters were excited but it doesn’t snap together easily and the train gets stuck on the connections. They quickly got frustrated and have be not played with it again. Too expensive to waste.

I purchased an item and wanted to return it. It took time for them to reply to me with details of where to return it. I sent it off only to have it returned to me about 6 weeks later without a reason. I have attempted to contact them but no reply. That was over two weeks ago.

Might be running from two websites. Be aware! 1 StarReport to trading standards Very disappointing experience from start to finish.My order was initially marked as delivered but was missing. The company provided little support and I had to contact the courier myself, only to discover the parcel had been delivered to the wrong address.When the item finally arrived, the product quality was extremely poor. The robot barely functioned, repeatedly saying “I am here” and failing to respond properly during interaction. The charging dock also felt unstable, which raised safety concerns.I was asked to provide proof and send the item back. The return address provided was in Italy, despite the company listing a New York address on their website. I returned the item using tracked shipping to the exact address supplied, but the parcel was later sent back to me as undeliverable.I have now had to raise a dispute with my bank.The combination of poor customer support, faulty product, inconsistent business addresses, and a failed return process has been exhausting. I would not purchase from this company again.

Absolute scam company!!!
Absolute scam company!!!! Do not but from there. Total waste of money, didn’t arrive when it said. To return the item I paid postage to Italy which was £15. I’ve just had the item retuned from Royal Mail. Out of pocket and not happy. Do not buy. Disappointed

A terrible experience
A terrible experience. I ordered two Miniscopes and one month later received one. This one did not work. I wrote the company 6 separate times and never heard back. I called and left messages multiple times and never heard back. I initiate a dispute with my credit card company and submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. This response has been terrible.

Misleading description
The boxing gloves in the bluetooth beatboxer wall trainer bear no resemblance to gloves and are much too big for a child. The description is misleading and they need to be replaced with actual gloves.

I purchased a VR gift that was extremely overpriced as a Christmas present. It listed as a shipping rate of 5 to 8 Days, however it wasn't received until weeks after, and after christmas. Reached out to the company so many times about sending this item back as it arrived after Christmas end of its poor quality, but they don't tell you there items are cheaply made and comes from China, and I found a very similar product on temu for less than half the price. The shipping for the return goes only to Italy. I tried disputing this with my credit card company and it would not go through, do not buy from this place even though they list an American address at the bottom of their website, they are not. They're only based in Italy.

Don't expect to get a promised refund from this company!
I ordered 2 products from this company. I found the toys were not suitable for the children I had in mind, as Christmas presents.The Spinning Globes just didn't work properly.I contacted the customer service person who said she wanted me to have 'the best experience possible' and would help me get a refund. So I followed ALL their requirements to receive a refund. I was told the products had to be sent back to an address in ITALY!! I did as I was instructed. Australia Post sent me notice when the parcel arrived in Italy. Today, nearly 2 months later, the parcel was delivered back to me.... 'Return to Sender.'I didn't want to give them any stars!

Extremely shady toy company
It was like I had already submitted a review! I just read from others the Exact same experiences with this scam of a toy company. Placed the order for the extra lg magnetic gravity defying train & paid over $100. The train was never delivered. Was told “recipient was not home”. I too emailed back & forth with Maria and Millie to resolve this. Told them to redeliver toy & leave by garage door. Nothing ever happened & No one would tell me where the toy is. I’m now getting replies to my emails that say “there was a problem delivering your email to info@the littlelearnerstoys.com” and I’ve received at least 3 of these emails. This toy company is a HUGE SCAM. I’m out over $100 DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

This company is a scam . The order made in November never arrived and it’s now mid February. I keep writing and they send me the same prepared response with bogus shipping information. The last few emails I’ve sent bounced back so they’ve now blocked me . I’ve lost a lot of money buying with this scam -Stay away .How can we catch them? Does anyone have an idea ?

Rated 1 as there were ratings for 0.Purchased a toy which was such bad quality I could not gift. Contacted customer services - it was very difficult to return. I was told to unpack the box and take photos and then the company would give a return address. Had the address which unbelievably was in Puglia Italy and cost me £17.00 to return for a £52 toy. I contacted the company numerous times to check when I would receive my reimbursement. Finally my emails bounced back 'undeliverable' and the final straw was that the package was returned to me not accepted. I will never buy from Little learners ever again and warn friends and colleagues of my experience.

This company is a complete SCAM. The toy arrived broken. When I requested a refund and return address they kept asking for photos of the broken item which I kept sending. Eventually they sent me an address to mail back the item to Italy (see below). If you check out the address on Google you'll see it's not a legitimate business. Absolutely appalling broken toys
Absolutely appalling! Got order in mid January instead for December Xmas time. Spoke multiple times to CS and they keep making excuses with return process - product not as advertised plus broken box (can’t do via website as they count time of 30 days from moment you placed order, even though they took 24 days to deliver it!). Finally they said they will send return label if I send photos, I try multiple times and now their inbox doesn’t accept my emails. Stay away from this company.

I purchased a toy robot for my granddaughter. It arrived within the time but it was broken. First it was extremely difficult to get a response to my request for a return postage voucher. They advertise you can return items for a refund. After sending many emails and writing on line to no response I finally found a site I could record my disatisfaction. After sending photos they agreed to a refund but I still had to send it back and they refused to pay the $71NZ to send it to Italy. I requested a charge back from my credit card as this did not meet the Consumer Guarantees Act. This did work but it took months and a number of emails to work it through. I persisted because I did not want the company to get away with breaking their promise.

This company is awful. Please don’t buy from them! I wish I had read the other reviews before ordering a toy for my grandson. It was poor quality and not fit for purpose. I had to pay expensive return costs and am still waiting for my refund. My bank is helping me by claiming on my behalf. The website is full of ( I assume) false glowing reviews. They are clearly a scam company preying on the customers.

Scam! I purchased two mp3 players that arrived and don’t function, they weren’t formatted properly and on the headsets only one side produces sound. They arrived from a man’s individual address in Indiana, the company says it’s based in New York. After 20 days of back and forth emails trying to initiate a return they’re saying I have to pay for shipping to return the items to ITALY. Someone named Millie responds to me every 3-4 days but it’s like every time she responds we are starting from square one, I think “Millie” is a masked name a bunch of rotating employees use. They constantly direct me to fill out their online return form which when I put in my order number it says it was purchased in August of 2025, it was not, it was purchased in December of 2025 and it says the return window expired July of 2026 which obviously hasn’t even occurred yet. So then I reach out telling them about it my return error and they always direct me back to the online form when I state over and over the form is giving me that error. Then they don’t respond for days and we are back at square one where they tell me to submit the form! Such a scam! Faulty products and roundabout customer service and shipping

Terrible experience. Ordered a toy for Xmas present and paid priority delivery. The advertise courier was DHL but item was shipped using GLS. Nevertheless parcel never arrived. We were emailing back and forth with Millie requesting refund. We were told tgta address we provided was not correct as well as our ohone number. Apparently courier could bot deliver due to recipient not present and all similar excuses. Eventually in mid January they refused to refund on the basis we provided wrong address. They said they will do redelivery to new address and requested details via email. When this was sent the email bouced back. They block both our email addresses. We are without the toy and lost the money. Stay away.

I bought an MP3 player with headphones for my son for Christmas. The box arrived opened and not the same packaging as advertised. The product felt cheap and the headphones were too big for my son despite it being a child's mp3 player. I gave it to my son but surprise surprise it doesn't work when plugged in. I contacted them once I knew and because it was past the 14 days they said they wouldn't do anything. Stay away it is a scam!
