Been in the school of barbering since first week
Been in the school of barbering since it pretty much started and I have been able to learn, scale, and grow. I never thought I could make so much happen with just some clippers and my phone. Been cutting for 3 years and was able to scale my business from when I was at $25 a haircut to now $70+ a haircut.

All around it’s an amazing program
All around it’s an amazing program,you get the opportunity to work with some of the top barbers in the industry while building your mental. I’ve been in the program since August 2025, and for me it’s helped a lot with my overall business and content strategies. Each month pulling in 30-50 new clients, and soon a new price raise😉. If you’re willing to learn and put in the effort it’s a great opportunity!

2 months in I’m already way more structured within my business than I’ve ever been. I started out with no social media presence, not tracking my numbers, and honestly not having direction. SOB has given me direction and I’ve been growing faster than I ever thought I would on social media. I was at 149 followers on Instagram before and now I’m at 417. And I didn’t even have a tiktok before but that’s up to 716. This is just the beginning though and I’ll keep trusting the process and staying consistent, and adapting to new strategies if I start getting stagnant.

The mentorship provided by every single person truly is elite, just like the name suggests. Sometimes we just need a guide to follow the right path and everyone definitely helps you take that path to reach whatever goal it is you may be trying to achieve.
