Terrible Experience – Avoid
The Vets are unprofessional and dishonest. They advertised a $135 discount, admitted their billing mistake, then ignored me for months and never issued the refund. The vet visit itself was sloppy—no weighing, wrong records, ignored my concerns, and no follow-up on the prescribed medication. A complete waste of money and time.

I scheduled an appointment with The Vets and had an awful experience start to finish. The website promised a $135 first visit discount which the provider subsequently did not include. When contacted, customer service acknowledged their mistake and promised it would be resolved shortly, then proceeded to waste my time for months without any refund. Eventually they stopped responding entirely and never refunded my money.On top of that, the vet service itself was among the worst I have experienced. They did not even attempt to weigh him and just asked me what I thought for his health chart, mislabeled him as not microchipped when they didn’t even ask me, did nothing and said nothing about the health concerns I raised, and then proceeded to never follow up about the anti anxiety medication prescription they spoke to me about, even though I sent texts after to check.An absolute embarrassment of a company, and I would never use them or recommend them in my life.

Unethical Business Practices
Well...the company could improve by being a decent group and forewarning customers they were going out of business and giving us access to our pet records. I need my records for my animals now, but don't have access to them, no phone working on their end and no email reply. How truly disappointing especially after paying high prices for my pet care. People like this should really be ashamed of themselves. And they don't even make mention of it on their site.

Was a good experience at first and awesome vets! I signed a wellness membership and pay $110/ month. They stopped filling prescriptions and have no customer service number / way of contacting them. I can't make appointments which was the reason for the membership. I changed my card so they cannot keep charging / scamming me and filed disputes.

I was using BetterVets and loved my cat's doctor. Then, I got an email telling me they had merged with this company. When my cat was due for her yearly exam I scheduled an appointment about two months ahead. My vet was no longer with them, which made me sad, but I was ok with it. About a week before, my appointment was confirmed. Then the next day, I got a text telling me they didn't come to Center City Philly. Are you kidding me? They had the information all along and they just figured it out? If Better Vet could come here, why can't this Group?

The employees were great, although not as skilled at getting cooperation from my cat as regular vet. I could get in easily and felt the vet was good.Problems: They did not recommend follow up after providing meds for an infection. I learned later, from the emergency vet I needed to go to, that cats don’t always respond to certain antibiotics. It is standard practice to recheck after treatment to see if the infection is gone. This wasn’t done, the UTI persisted, and it hastened my cat’s kidney failure.Do not get the wellness plan. It is not a good value as it offers 3 visits but only covers labs for one. If you take them up on their mid year checkup because it is part of the deal, you will incur extra costs.Bottom line, if you need quick treatment for something pretty standard or if you are doing annual checks and vaccines on a healthy pet- the Vets provides great service. If you have an ill or older pet, a regular vet is a better bet.

The staff and vet were very kind and considerate, which I appreciated. However, the actual exam didn’t feel very thorough. Despite having two people in the room, they didn’t use any tools to properly check my dog’s ears—just a quick glance and a flop. For a wellness visit, I expected more attention to detail.My dog is on a raw diet, and instead of asking questions or being open to my choice, they spent a good chunk of the visit pushing kibble. I've taken nutrition courses, including one on how kibble is made, and it’s clear there are better options for some dogs. I wish they were more informed on this topic.Here’s where it really went downhill: I had a $100 coupon, which was supposed to bring the $199 visit down to $99. Instead, I was charged $216, and the discount wasn’t honored as advertised. Then I was told I’d have to pay $700 for vaccines unless I enrolled in their monthly plan at $109/month. That plan would include the vaccines, but it felt like a pressured upsell rather than a choice.If you’re okay with your 6-pound dog being recommended multiple meds at once and prefer a cookie-cutter approach to pet care, this place may work for you. The vets are Simply the best service I have received in a very long time. The tech and the vet who arrived at my home to treat our German Shepherd did an exceptional job. They went out of their way, cared for the animal in such a way that pleased me beyond words. I would highly recommend the service to anyone looking for convenience and a well trusted team of experience, vets and techs. Again this was my first time using the service and I’m at a loss of words and will be using them for again since my experience was exceptional. I have been to many places as I grew up on a farm and I’ve come across many vets in my time both in person and traditional settings, such as clinic, etc, but must say that the experience that I have received from this first visit, company and both Vet and tech left me speechless as it was that good.

Please please don’t waste your money on this site. They want me to continue to pay for my dog and my dog passed away! I get it if my dog was still alive they will send you a condolences. That means nothing and still continues to charge me for my dead dog. It’s not even worth it. They really don’t do anything . It’s a waste of money. This company is disingenuous and manipulative. Lied to me about what I was agreeing to, customer service says they’ll have a supervisor reach out, never happens, emails get ignored. This is not a reflection of the actual vet and vet tech that comes to help your animal - this is strictly in regard to the structure of this company and “customer care”. Will never recommend this to any pet parents! Please exhaust all other options before getting involved with this garbage company.

Great business they came out to my house on the weekend with no extra charge they were very friendly very thorough took their time with me and my dog they recommended good services and they gavee meds on site for my dog love this service would definitely recommend and use them again. “The Vets” totally took over a smaller mobile company called Bettervets who were amazing! Got rid of half the providers including my dogs and left half the animals with no service, meaning when I had no idea about the merger I called to make an appointment to find out not only was my dogs doctor let go but they don’t service the Northeast area of Philadelphia! So what happens now? What about his medication, who will come out and check on him since he has a spinal disorder. just another bigger corporate take over just like all the hospitals!! They have no answers for me, my dog does not have a mobile vet anymore, so I guess that is a reflection of how much they care about your pets!!

Awful. Since they are not based anywhere once they leave you cannot connect. I had an appointment in January and wanted my prescription sent to Chewy. March 2 I requested the prescription It is March 23 . It still has not been done. I have called and emailed EVERY day but it is a call center abroad.
