I received a defective product, and the Yetee team went above and beyond to help me understand my options, and get a replacement. This was my first experience with them and I'm very satisfied. I'll for sure be shopping there again.

Excellent Customer Service
The Yetee continues to provide great products and excellent customer service! I accidentally ordered the wrong type of shirts and placed an additional order for the correct type of shirt (unisex vs women's), and Yetee let me keep the shirts that I'd ordered incorrectly to donate to some friends!

Shipping times are always reasonable and their customer service is top tier, especially as it relates to order issues (of which I’ve had one in the last year compared to probably 30 different purchases). Shirt sizes are an actual lie
I've bought shirts for years from the yetee but this past year has really sucked. I don't order all the time maybe once or twice a year but the shirts I get are all the same size and the tags say so but they're NEVER right some are far too short some are far too long much more than a small mistake. Its less on them I guess and more on their supplier but at the same time its hard to think they dont see this when they're printing and have some sort of quality control.

Fantastic customer support
My friend got me a Celeste standee from the Yetee (which is fantastic by the way) a few years ago and it became damaged on my travel to and from college… I emailed customer support asking if I could purchase the singular piece that was damaged, and instead, the company is sending a whole new replacement for free. The customer support was very fast and the people I talked to were very kind. I am very happy with my experience, and very thankful!

High quality items and customer service
I have been a customer of theirs for maybe 12 years or so and I have never had a bad experience. Their shirts are all great quality (back when they were cheaper YEARS ago I was able to replace the shirts I lost to a month infestation for cheap.)Customer service has always been helpful. I have made a number of mistakes or packages got lost in the mail or what have you and they have always fixed it. I can't recommend them enough

I found The Yetee because they began selling merchandise for one of my favorite video game franchises. Accordingly, I ordered almost everything they offer related to that game; including a pre-order shirt.The other items were packed up quickly and securely, and shipped out almost immediately. I received all the items in great condition. I was informed the pre-order shirt would ship separately by a specific date. I was excited when I received the confirmation that the shirt had shipped earlier than expected.However, something occurred in transit and the pre-order shirt ended up being lost or stolen. I informed Yetee support, and after a little bit of time, I received the email saying a replacement was already packed and awaiting shipment, at no extra charge to me!My experience with this company has been positive overall. Friendly and understanding customer support agents, awesome merchandise, and an easy-to-navigate website. Safe to say I'll be coming back to this site soon!And a special thanks to Mandy for the outstanding customer service.

I had some trouble receiving my Darkest Dungeon art book as it had been lost during shipping, but I contacted them via email and got a quick response and a reshipment with tracking. Amazing t-shirt and great after sale service
Packages received on time without any problem. Unfortunately 1 of the 2 t-shirts I ordered had a small imperfection around a sewing, but the after sale service took it very seriously. They were super nice and helpful. A replacement t-shirt got shipped right away. Really great experience :) Thanks a lot guys !

Absolute horrible logistic
This company handles the shipping for a kickstarter game project. Backers for physical edition are supposed to get the copies early so they can join digital edition in the 3 day early access to the game. The yetee failed to do this to some customers because they mess up their orders. I paid $59 for a simple game case in shipping and my order is no where to be seen while others are already playing the game.

Emailed them on weekend and nothing on Tuesday for my copy of Eiyuden Chronicles. Games being shipped from Germany to UK and wont get here in time for release if not dispatched in time. People in Germany have their copies already so why wasn't UK shipped out before them? It takes longer to get to the UK obviously. They are not responding to my emails through their own site explaining why my game hasn't been dispatched. Im worried they took my delivery cost (which was $14 for a game from Germany to UK) and I'm not gonna get my game as I know people who still haven't even got their copies of eiyuden: rising.
