no customer service. phones are never answered. tires not delivered on time and appointment was set up for a time the installer was not opened . repeated e mails were only answered with a copy of invoice that the tires had been shipped. a company not to do business with
I had been using tirebuyer for years without issue. I had an issue with 1 of my tires and they told me they do not honor the warranty. They took no responsibility for the product is sold. They lost a customer for the trickery on the warranty. I will be telling all my family and friends NOT to be buying tires from a company who does not honor the warranty. First they told me it was the manufacturer's warranty, then I was told they have a 12 month road hazard, on a 70K mile tire.
Entire process was flawless. Easy setting up tire installation at their preferred installer.
I’ve been using tirebuyer for several years. Have several vehicles. Always great service, usually great prices. Only drawback, is the some of local affiliate TB installers, could be held to higher standards.
Price and delivery was great!Unfortunately, when setting up the installation with my installer, the Tire Buyer rep found out that the installer did not have an appointment on my chosen day and didn't tell me. They told the installer they'd told me that but sent me an email saying my installation date was confirmed. Disappointing to say the least.
I have purchased BIG tires from here several times. BEST PRICE !! EVERY Time!! Delivered in 1-3 days. I just wish Trey could find an installer that is willing to do oversized wheels and tires. I don’t even waste my time checking out other sites anymore. And I tell everyone I know to go here. Simple tire and tire rack are not comparable to these guys. Saved me HUNDREDS. EVERY TIME!!

Super easy to order from these guys and have the tires delivered to my local AAA for installation. It's just a simple process that seems hard, but is really easy!
We buy all our tires here. As a company we need to watch are cost for all maintenance items.I wish some of their installer can handle bigger trucks.F350 or 3500 flat bed trucks

The tires delivery from you guys was great as usual, the hiccup came when the tires got installed. Mr. Tire on 301 in Charles County MD was the worst ever. Had to call the police to leave because they tried to charge me again for the install. When it was clear on my receipt that it had been paid for in advance.

I have a 2014 Cadillac CTS-V and I like more tire on the pavement so I upgrade for the rear to a 305-35ZR-19. Thie tires are hard to find and especially in the winter months. But TireBuyer works to make sure The Nittos I like are available. The website makes it very easy to navigate, confirm availability and make a decision on where you can ship the tires to. Also an added bonus is the one stop shop as the pricing for mounting, balancing and appointment is made online. What a great way of doing business. I have bought several tires from TireBuyer and have always been pleased.

Joke of the business.We ordered tires for the company truck Ram 2500, picked the tire place they recommended to get them mounted and shipping was set up directly to the tire place.Less when 20 hours before the appointment time we getting email telling they are late on order, and can’t deliver on time. When in the morning another email telling the tires are getting delivered and don’t forget we have 10am appointment today.We show up, tires are not there, tire place guy looks at me with big eyes, “we know nothing about this delivery/order, and also we can’t do 35’s it’s way to big for us”.You want to waist your time go ahead order from them. But I would not recommend them to my next door neighbor, I don’t like the guy.
I should have never ordered from Tirebuyer. They made the ordering process easy, but only two tires have been shipped and the other two are lost somewhere in my City. Tirebuyer just keeps saying "give me another 48 business hours to look into it," and they won't help provide information so I can just pick them up myself. Meanwhile our car continues to have a flat tire all around town, getting stuck on the side of the freeway and having to fill it up several times a day. We need these tires and I would have just bought them from a local shop if I knew how much hassle it was going to be. Plus $45 per tire to ship it... it should take two weeks to receive the shipment.I have at least three check-ins with Tirebuyer with the same thing every time: "give us another 48 business hours." I would never purchase from them again.
First experience with Tirebuyer was fairly good. My second experience has been terrible due to website issues! I enter all the details and try to place the order and it will never go through, just spins. Not an issue with my CC as I verified with the bank. TireBuyer tech support can't figure it out. Have tried many laptops, many networks and browsers, no go. Asked them if they could just place the order for me if I provide details and they said NO. They told me to try another tire, so I did... no luck. Losing a customer here due to technical issues with the site.... off to TireRack I go.Update: I talked with someone from Customer Service who was very nice and offered me an additional 5% off, however my issue was never resolved. I ended up using the same CC with Tire Rack and my payment went through seamlessly, so a pleasant and easy transaction. But this is definitely and issue with TireBuyer.com's payment system. Hopefully they figure it out.
Cheap tires that’s about it. Won’t stand behind warranty, so many excuses from people that probably no nothing about tires. If you buy from them ( eBay or direct) just be forewarned and hope you don’t have any issues.
