I have used the TOIT products many times and always found them easy to use, extremely informative and current. Definitely my go-to for training products.

A Great Partner with great service
We have been working with TOIT for a number of years. Every year they give us good deals, new features, and great support/service. I have rarely had any problems with them or the products they provide us. The one problem I do remember having they responded and had fixed in less than a few hours. What more could i ask for?

TOIT has been terrific for us!!
TOIT has been terrific for us. Very flexible in the various training options they offer. They also provide an extensive library of vendors. Additionally, I found the instructors outstanding. Lastly, you couldn't ask for better technical support.

Excellent training and a great company to partner with
We’ve been using TOIT for about five years now and have just signed up for a couple more. TOIT is a great company to work with. My IT staff and I enjoy the simplicity and convenience of the training, which offers a multitude of highly educational topics.As a manager, I particularly appreciate that my staff can complete their training at their desks during slower periods, rather than being out of the office for days. My past and current experience with TOIT!
As an IT professional and IT administrator for a K-12 public school district for the past several decades, I have needed to evaluate and use many training services and methods. In past years, I myself have used TOIT services very successfully. Recently we have been evaluating several training service offerings to be used by my assistant who is currently in training to take over my position when I eventually retire. We have decided to use TOIT to supplement her advanced training and also as a future resource for her. TOIT provides a good training environment and has been very accommodating... I highly recommend this company!

TOIT Is Great Training For Certifications
We have been using TOIT for about 2 years now and the training has been amazing! They have very good instructors and the material covered is always centered on the exam. Some instructors go over and above helping their students. Out of the 2 certifications I have went for, I have passed both of them with the help of TOIT. Going for my 3rd one now and the instructor is fantastic!

TOIT Training has called me repeatedly…
TOIT Training has called me repeatedly for more than a year. I have chosen a different training provider and yet they keep calling. During a single week I received 4 calls from 4 different reps asking if I was interested in TOIT. I have repeatedly told them we do not want to deal with them they are relentless. The latest call was 4/9/2025

Highly Recommended
TOIT has a wide range of training resources, from high level Security and PM to hardware basics like A+. Their courses are relevant and timely, a pleasant surprise for me. These are current versions of software and certification paths. My sales team, particularly the sales manager Symon Nadeem, are extremely helpful. Working with them has been a great experience for me and my team.

Great Product and Great Price
The product is exactly what was promised. I purchased this for a group of student interns and the access to the quantity and diversity of courses is precisely what I wanted for them. It has opened up many opportunities and came in at a great price. Support has been responsive and we have yet to run into any serious issues. I see some negative reviews regarding phone calls and sales is certainly persistent. But the product itself is fantastic if this is what you are looking for. The consistent follow up from sales team was beneficial in setting up the program and guaranteeing it's successful launch

Most annoying salesmen, No is not an option for them.
Been calling My company for over a year every single month. I have told them every single call I am not interested, Management is not interested. And they just follow up with Okay we call you next month, and then send me a meeting invite that I have not asked for. At some point you'd think this point would come across. Now if I ever was interested in their product I no longer will ever in my life use it due to there relentless and scammy behavior of cold calling me after I have said no 1-2 times per month for over a year. Our receptionist now recognizes the guys voice and tries to filter them out.

Spoofing & scamming
I have told them over and over that I am not interested. The first time they spoofed my workplace phone number (to my cell phone) I was confused about how they had called me. That's when I realized they were spoofing their phone number. They do not quit!! It doesn't matter how strongly I tell them that I refuse to do business with them, they still call back!!!

Easy and friendly
We are new the the program but what I can say is that the initial meetings and setup of the program was very easy and Syman has been a very friendly and knowledgeable person to work with. I look forward to using these trainings with my team and expanding our knowledge base.
