I had been planning on seeing my daughter and grandchildren at the end of the year between christmas and new years, i donate plasma to save for this so it does not take away from our bills. Since it is set a month away , I started looking for affordable fares. I stumbled across top flight fares and was ecstatic that I could get a round trip flight for under two hundred dollars. So I went ahead and booked the flight. Not even fifteen minutes later , am I getting a phone call telling me that that price from the airline that I chose was no longer valid. That they could book me the same flight , but it would be five hundred dollars. I inquired if the price was not valid, why were the fare and price still showing? If I was standing in front of them, I would guarantee a deer in the headlight look. After asking that question I was politely hung up on. This company is a lying heaping pile of dung. Scammers,swindlers,carpet baggers, snake oil salesman,you name it. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!

Booked a flight and within 5 minutes of booking got a call from topflightfares saying the flight I booked was a standby flight. No where during the booking did it say standby flight. The lady from topflightfares said it was a standby flight and asked if I wanted a confirmed flight. I said yes. The price more than doubled. I said cancel the reservation, she said I would be charged $82 for cancellation 5 minutes after scheduling the flight. I said your not getting a dime from me. Now I have to go through credit card company to rebut charge. Never use topflightfares to book a flight.
