you would have gotten 5 stars, but I ordered a sample kit about 3-4 week ago and I have not received it. iwould think these would be a #1 priority because these are people that are very likely to become customers(you could have these pre packaged). I was looking for someone to do transfer and a few of you competitors got there samples out within a week. But you have a GREAT customer service department. That's why i choose you for this order.
