Everything was exactly as the promised
Everything was exactly as the promised. Pre departure paperwork and Visa was a breeze. Both guides were excellent; friendly and knew their stuff. No queueing up at entrances. The Hotels were very comfortable and food was good. I would urge anyone thinking of ticking Russia off their bucket list to use Firebird travel.

We’ve taken 2 trips with Firebird now and they have both been great. They plan according to your interests and the input you give them and were really responsive to our requests. The itinerary, guides, and hotels were all great!

Due to years of negative propaganda, Russia is one of the most misunderstood countries in the world. Through the wonderful trips organised by Travel All Russia, we have the first hand information about the charms of this great country, and the aspirations of its great people’s which are the same as ours to have a peace and better lives has killed the notion that they are combative

Excellent travel agency
Excellent travel agency. They accommodated our individual needs with a private tour of 6 people. Very efficient, always responding quickly to emails and requests. Trip went exactly as anticipated. Russia was int resting adventure. I can highly recommend this group.

Wonderful trip

What a nice tour of Russia
What a nice tour of Russia. We were 7 people on the first part of the tour and 13 for the Moscow /St Petersburg portion of the your - a lovely group of People. We stayed in beautiful 5* hotels with superb service and delicious breakfast buffets. The guides were excellent and we were able to skip long entrance lines and enter museums and palaces quickly. The meals included were very good and at very nice restaurants. All in all, everything that was promised was delivered. I highly recommend the 11 day tour if Russia.

What a fantastic tour
What a fantastic tour, a real bucket list highlight for us, just standing in Red Square and looking at St. Basil’s Cathedral was almost unimaginable.Then off to St. Petersburg and the overwhelming opulence of the palaces of the Romanovs.Other tours have a lot to compete with when compared to this tour, just fantastic!

Saw all highlights in Moscow and St Petersburg
Relaxing daily schedule. Luxurious hotel. Suitable for solo or couple travellers. A lot of free time after the tour for you to relax or explore on your own. Knowledgeable guides. Train to St Petersburg was fast and comfortable

Super trip
Super trip. This company is a dream to work with. What they promised was delivered and we were well looked after from arrival to departure. Our two tour guides were extremely knowledgeable, not sure either were ever unable to answer any questioned posed to them. Loved the small group. We will look at other destinations offered by Firebird.

Treasures of Moscow & St. Petersburg and Kazan
Firebird Tours is one of the most professional tour operators that I have dealt with. Every aspect of my holiday was planned and executed with exquisite perfection. The logistical support ....right from drawing up my itinerary, discussing the various options available, handling of ticket bookings....documents provided for visa application.......airport pickups and drop offs.....luggage handling.......email follow-ups etc. was extremely efficient and praiseworthy.What was most remarkable was the 24/7 support provided by the entire team. Someone was always available to answer queries and even make last minute arrangements for an optional activity.The choice of hotels also was fantastic. Beautiful places located in the heart of the city that allowed for easy exploration as they were walking distance from most of the city attractions. I have travelled to several countries worldwide and without doubt I would rank my experience with Firebird Tours as one of the best. Efficient.........customer oriented.........reliable...........and sincerely passionate about what they do are just some of the superlatives that I would use to describe them.

An outstanding Tour Experience
My family (six of us) took the 3-day Golden Ring Tour. The tour was well-organized from start to finish; our principal tour guide spoke perfect English and seemed to know instinctively what was important to us and what was less important; the various local guides were very knowledgeable about the sites and, on the occasions when their English was lacking, the principal guide effectively filled in the gaps; the tour bus (large van for the six of us) was comfortable, and the hotel accommodations were superb.As an additional bonus, the tour people handled the process for obtaining our visas, their help in getting it done right was well worth the price.All in all, it was a wonderful trip, and we have no regrets about any of it.

Travel All Russia is a Five Star Tour Company!
The tour exceeded our expectations! From the first conversations we had with the representative, we were impressed with his depth of knowledge and the trust he inspired.The guides on the tour were incredibly well-trained and knowledgable, and the drivers were courteous and respectful. The hotels were excellent and the breakfasts were huge and sustained us well into the afternoons. The stop and start times for the group tours were just right--we were not rushed in the morning and had time later in the day to explore on our own. We were fortunate that our fellow group travelers were good tour companions. The company handled the visa process smoothly and they asked for feedback several times throughout the entire booking process which indicated their concern for quality. It is evident that Travel All Russia values the customer. We would travel with them in the future.

Trans Siberian Journey! July 9th to 28th, 2019!
Enjoyed the whole journey from St. Petersburg to Ulan Bator. Sight seeing in all places was great with many surprises to learn about the History of each place. All the guides (English speaking) were so good to explain every thing we would always remember them fondly. Kremlin Visit, Moscow Subway visit, touring many Churches, Buddhist Monasteries, Camping in the mountains in Mongolia and the exciting Train journey through Siberian wilderness would remain fresh in our Memories for ever! Keep up the good work and Wishing The Best Always.

Russia Summer 2019
Our trip to Russia, Finland and Estonia was planned and executed to perfection! Communication, transfers and accommodations were outstanding and our guides were extremely knowledgeable. We learned so much about Russia and enjoyed our trip immensely. We look forward to using Firebird Tour on our next adventure!
