These are not waterproof at all and way…

These are not waterproof at all and way to expensive for accident to be the ruin of them. I absolutely love them and so do my dogs but not practical at all if dog wets or vomits. I sure wish they would improve the inner cover so it is actually waterproof and put a zipper on. I have purchased many over the years but now I have 2 elderly of my 14 with bladder issues.

I purchased a canvas dog crate which…

I purchased a canvas dog crate which doubles up as a carrier and it sounded and looked great on the site. I have a small Parsons Jack terrier pup who travelled home with us in a small cage in the back of the car. She was not sick. I thought the canvas carrier would be better on long journeys as doubled up as cage carrier and bed. First hurdle was sizing small medium large and extra large. I presumed medium for a small terrier would be correct and ordered and paid online. My husband then looked at the dimensions and said medium was very small so I asked the company to change it to large thinking to myself my dog certainly isn’t large but better to have more space.When it arrived it looked well made and I felt I was happy with the product.However when we put her in it , it was very cramped and she’s still got growing to do and we took her on a twenty minute journey to try it.When we got home she had been very very very sick and was in distress and took half an hour to calm her. As my husband unzipped the crate a bit of the gauze wiring broke off and stabbed his finger causing pain and bleeding. He said this will be a health hazard to the puppy if a bit comes off she could choke on it.I certainly won’t use it again and wrote and told the company what had happened. Very unfriendly unhelpful lady I was dealing with made it clear they wouldn’t exchange for a size that is suitable or refund. In fact just laid out facts about how it was all my fault really quite nastily.I would warn people before deciding whether to use this company. I wanted to communicate with the owner but she refuses to give me a contact number. I heard about them as they advertise on Facebook I so wish I had stuck to recommended companies.My puppy now travels in original cage and is not sick or distressed. I just felt I wanted to share my experience as the customer service was so nasty and disappointing

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. They hardly answer the phone, they do not return calls, and they send generic or bad reply’s to emails. I will never order from this company again. My fault for not reading reviews before Purchasing.

I ordered the back seat cover

I ordered the back seat cover, a front (bucket) seat cover & the window/door covers for both sides. LOVE the back seat cover & the bucket seat cover. The door covers are good BUT the ways to hook them to the windows suck - the elastic the plastic piece slips through breaks easily & the plastic pieces fall off. Otherwise, very happy with the products & service.

XL PUPLOUNGE MEMORY FOAM BED

I bought a large dog bed from Treat A Dog company and after a few months the cover began to come apart at the seam. I'm realistic and understand there's wear and tear but this was a quality issue not wear and tear. I sent pics to them and they said I could buy a new cover. Okay....I tried to purchase this new cover in May, but the covers were on back order. I was told they would contact me when they restocked. 1 month goes by and I follow up. Apparently they are not restocking this cover because they are updating the style to make it better. Another month goes by and I followed up again and was told the new design was not ready yet. Fast forward to mid August, now they are telling me it will be available the first week of September.We have been without a usable dog bed for 3-1/2 months, which is frustrating. However, the fact that we spent close to $200 on this bed and having problems 3-1/2 months later is infuriating. Terrible product, but even worse customer service. Please note that I sent multiple emails trying to resolve this before writing this review.

Better than I expected!

I ordered a back seat cover off the site and read it would take 2-4 business day to arrive. A week later I still hadn’t received it, so I asked an employee on their chat (which was very convenient) where it was and they said they were sorry but it had shipped and should be there soon. Disappointed by that when their prices are already expensive, but once the product arrived I was pleasantly surprised. I’ve been using it for almost a month now and my dog still hasn’t ripped any holes in it, despite his best efforts. Probably would purchase from a different site next time but overall pretty happy!

Bought this bed a year ago

Bought this bed a year ago. They claim it is rip resistant but I have a large hole in it. I contacted customer service and they said they wouldn’t replace it. For $160 I expected the bed to last more than a year. My WalMart dog bed is going on 4 years. I do not recommend this company due to the absurd price on a faulty product.

So...

So, like so many others they took my money, shipped 1 item and held on to 2 others on back order. No explanation to the delay until I contacted them.They gave been reasonably quick in response each time I contacted them. HERE IS THE RUB: They cull their reviews. Their site keeps sending me review response forms so I fill them out. First one I gave a 3 star, second and 3rd I gave a 1 star because no seat covers and the liner I got had a tear in it from a dog toenail 4 weeks into having it (not very durable product). NONE OF MY REVIEWS ARE POSTED ON THEIR SITE. They did give me a prompt refund on the unsent seat covers so 2 stars. Hopefully they will take back the liner

I bought a large dog bed with a larger price tag from the company and after a few months the cover began to come apart at the seem. I'm realistic and understand there's wear and tear but this was a quality issue not wear. I even sent pics to them. There response was basically we don't care!!! Our products are garbage and we know it!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

I have a mixed review

I have a mixed review. I received a seat protector for Christmas. It seems great so I ordered another one. It has been one month and no seat cover. After I contacted them I got an email that said it was coming but nothing yet.

This company doesn't even deserve the 1…

This company doesn't even deserve the 1 star. Horrific customer experience is an understatement. They literally take your money, don't deliver, don't answer their phones and force you to have to dispute the charge with your credit card company. I wasted 3 months trying to get my order fulfilled. Do NOT DO order from them.

Horrific customer service

Horrific customer service. Bought two X-LArge beds and within one month the inside white cover is ripping around the edges and the inside of the fur (the black inside) is shedding and ripping all apart. The products were only washed as per instructions. Customer service will not get back to you for days if at all and when they do, they are impolite and less than helpful. Don't buy.

SCAM!!!

SCAM!!!! NEVER RECEIVED MY PRODUCT. REACHED OUT TO THEM 5 TIMES WITH ONLY ONE TIME WITH A RESPONSE. ASKED IF THEY WOULD REFUND MY MONEY SINCE I NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON A BUNCH OF LIARS/THIEVES!!!!!

HORRIBLE COMPANY- I'm a retired Veteran, they stole my money.

HORRIBLE COMPANY. The 18 dollar bed cost me 60 DOLLARS??? Currently refusing to take back damaged bed. TOTAL RIPOFF!!!! Lies,Lies,Lies. THEY EVEN REFUSED TO HONOR THEIR OWN RETURN POLICY!!!!!!

The worst customer service anywhere

The worst customer service everywhere. They mailed me a used product missing the liner. They said if i return a used product i wont get my money back meanwhile they will throw it away. Nope they will just eesll it. These people are horrible. I have been emailing them for a month trying to discuss a return, it takes at least a week for each redponse and they dont even snswer my question!! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this scam of a company!!!!Oh and they doubled my order, charged me too!!! Run from these scammers. Crappy product on top of itt

Don't waste your money

Don't waste your money. This bed is very poor quality. I wish I had researched it better before buying it. I have 4 dogs that will not lay in it. The cover is some sort of plastic that makes a lot of noise and they will not return or exchange it. Seriously regret buying this.

Doesn’t answer phone

How can anyone even get ahold of them to leave a voicemail? I’ve tried Cali g for several days to get info before I purchase one of their VERY expensive dog beds. Which I have no problem paying for if I can get my questions answered. All I get is a loops song of “who let the dogs out” I literally waited for 6 minutes. Nobody answered. I’m giving up and going elsewhere. Poor customer service will never get my money. I’m a stickler for good customer service.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Don’t do business with these folks bought a dog seat cover my backseat came with the big tear and it took forever for me to receive it the first place now it’s been over a week can’t get a hold of anyone no one will return my phone calls I don’t know respond to my emails shop somewhere else

Non responsive

I have been trying to contact this company since the middle of December via emails voicemails etc. they are not very responsive at all; it appears that they want to treat a dog but don’t seem to care much about humans. All I wanted was information regarding a couple of dog beds and they did not have the courtesy to get back to me. I left three voicemails and sent four or five emails.
