Seems like a scam
I had a quick-onset, bad UTI late in the day and thought this would be good option for quick care that saved me a trip to urgent care. They try to upsell you on additional medications through the entire intake, which seemed really weird, and they make you pay up front. After paying, I found out that the earliest appointment was the next morning (~14 hours later). I scheduled it for 7:45am, so I could do it before work. They called almost 30 minutes prior to the appointment while I was in the shower and then cancelled and said I need to reschedule for not answering. At that point I decided to use GoodRx, which is an extremely easy online platform and had my prescription sent to the pharmacy within an hour. The cancellation of treatment was fairly straightforward, but a week later I still had no refund. I logged into my account, and I saw an email that I was supposed to reply to that made me choose between a refund to my credit card or a gift card to treatmyUTI.com. Are you serious? At no point was I told that I would need to let them know my preferred refund method, and who would select a gift card for future UTI services??? This whole platform seems like a huge scam. Save your time and money and use GoodRx. I have used them twice now over the past 3 years, and had a good experience both times.

After being charged for a service, I never received a prescription and then my bank info was stolen and fraudulent charges made. I had to close my account, open a new one and a week later - they are still trying to use my old account info for fraud.

Too good to be true
I was trying to save myself a trip to urgent care when I came across this ad. Promises of a prescription in hand within 2 hours. I paid, filled out the questionnaire and then it said I had to make an appt to speak with a nurse. The earliest appt is 24 hours out! Absolutely ridiculous and a waste of money.

Excellent experience. Price was way cheaper than Urgi care. Had my order prescribed a little over an hour after submitting questionnaire and had my prescription in hand within 2.5 hours of first contacting them.

I was very surprised to see the negative reviews for this service as my experience was flawless! In reading the reviews though, it does seem that certain states may have rules that make utilizing the service more difficult and if you have complex health issues, they may end up not being able to help through this tele health service. But my experience living in New York and having a straightforward UTI, could not have gone better! It is the holidays and flu season so the last thing I wanted to do was go sit in urgent care surrounded by sick people or try to wait to see if I could get an appointment with my GP. Using this service, I had my meds within an hour and was on my way to feeling better super fast. They do offer a bunch of different optional things at checkout like yeast infection prevention, urine tests, nausea meds, probiotics and more. I didn't find this to be annoying or inconvenient and was actually grateful to be able to receive some additional meds to make my treatment even better. I also feel the cost was extremely reasonable for the convenience of not having to drive to urgent care, wait for who knows how long to be seen, paying the copay, and risking getting sick from others with contagious conditions during the height of a bad flu season. I openly cannot speak to their customer service quality as I had no issues with anything and did not need to interact with customer service. In a nutshell, I would highly recommend using this service if you need fast, reliable and convenient treatment of a UTI. Thank you, TreatMyUTI!! You saved the holidays for me!

If I could leave a minus sign I would called in for a uti and it’s basic straight forward they charged 89$ will take forever to receive my refund they did not fulfill service DoNT use this service as it’s a fraud. My case is straight forward I don’t take meds and my symptoms are simple . Save urself a headache

I could not be happier with my service. Filled out my online paperwork, checked my email for updates. Had to fill out 1 more paper. 2 hours right on the dot, my prescription was called into my pharmacy.

I was not able to use their services
I was not able to use their services, per their questionnaire, because I had a UTI that came back less than 2 weeks from first treatment I received at a local health care facility. Therefore I asked for a refund. They responded promptly, said they would process the refund within 5 days. That was two weeks ago. They still haven't processed it. I contacted them again, they assured me I would receive the refund within 48 hours and nothing. I will never use this service again!

They charged me the price of the meds and then I had to pay again at the pharmacy whenI picked up the prescriptions.
I was happy with having my online diagnoses and prescriptions sent into my local Pharmacy for next day fulfillment. However I fell scammed because I chose the meds and recommendations online and as they were showing me the agreed prices I was charged for them; but when I went to pic them up at the pharmacy I had to pay the exact amount again. When I called the customer service I had to text back and forth and was given round about answers that the medication charges were to write them even though I had a separate base charge for the consultation. So I paid double.

🤬Scam, do not use! I scheduled a request and was informed that I would receive a response within 2 hours, which did not happen. I contacted them saying that I hadn’t received any response and asked for a refund of the service. They came up with a story that the doctor was not comfortable prescribing me medication, even though I never received any response at all. They pretended to provide a service and charged me for medication that I never received.

Provider no-show for consultation
I used this service in 2024 with no problems, so I felt comfortable using them again in 2025. This time, the scheduled consultation time with a provider came and went with no call. I wasted several hours waiting for the call and a prescription that never came. I had to seek care elsewhere. Right now I am waiting on a refund (because they do charge you immediately upon booking, no matter what). I will not use this service again.

Not what it says it is
For starters, you do have to leave the comfort of your own home and visit a lab. But you don't learn this until you've spent a substantial amount of time inputting info and waiting for the promised doctor who didn't call at the designated time. Instead, I got a hangup call from Starfish, a similar provider. When I called back, I was referred to my email, at which time I was finally notified about the necessary lab visit. Payment is upfront, however, and they try to sell you half a dozen other medications as you go through the steps. Lots of wasted time (including over an hour wait for the doctor, who didn't call) for nothing. I'm now awaiting a refund.

When I initially made the order for my prescription I made the mistake of having it mailed and it wouldn’t have come soon enough for me. I emailed right away and asked for a pick up prescription instead and the issue was immediately resolved! Quick, reliable service!

I personally had a great experience. I paid, filled out everything & had a prescription waiting for me 45 minutes later! The only negative is the price. I used this site since I don't have time for the doctors today, I typically don't have to pay out of pocket for appointments so $70 was a bit steep to me.

They dropped the ball today!
The set expectation is the clinician will contact you within 2 hours. Two follow up emails and what appeared to be 2 AI generated responses saying my request was being expedited at no charge and nearly 7 hours later I received a text from the pharmacy that my medication was ready. I never heard from a clinician. Unfortunately, there wasn’t enough time to arrive at the pharmacy before they closed. The service is convenient, but they need to do better and deliver within their advertised turn around time.

They don’t tell you everything upfront.
I used this service because of the connivence . I have a toddler, I wasn’t feeling well and this site was able to prescribe the antibiotic that works best for me, kind of. On the site they make it seem like you’ll get a physicians decision within two hours of paying. They don’t say that some states you have to chat with the prescriber which by that time, my pharmacy would have been closed and my symptoms were getting worse. I needed relief. So I canceled this visit to go to urgent care. I don’t mind going to urgent care but this whole site is for connivance and it wasn’t. Now I’m still waiting on my refund which is ridiculous. I’m about to dispute this charge since it cleared. At least urgent care got me my antibiotics and nausea meds cheaper and quicker and they were able to find the exact bacteria causing it so I know my antibiotic will work. Never using this site again

This site is a complete scam! They misquoted the total price, I ended up paying over $200 for a simple UTI medication. And the product never arrived! And their customer support has gone AWOL. Do not buy anything from this site.
