Great Overall Experience
Hello, I recently broke one of my pegs on my bike and asked them to send me extra parts on warranty. They were super quick to reply to my email, the customer service was very helpful, and shipping was great and super fast nothing was broken in the process.

Their customer service is great they help all the time with replacements and they are fast to respond. My tuttio Ict is also an amazing bike if your on a budget and will last for a lot of fun adventures

Ordered the tuttio soleil 1 on December…
Ordered the tuttio soleil 1 on December 10th 2025 expecting a 3 day shipping as advertised on the tuttio website well didn't receive the bike until January 9th,2026 . You have to email tuttio constantly to keep in contact with them as they provide no phone number to speak to anyone. Don't purchase the additional protection plan as they just will not honor any part of it . Very dissatisfied with the lack of customer service I rate it as a f. Order #T637719 look into the email s I sent review it all then let me know.

Best Budget Bike Out There
I bought the Tuttio Adria 26 on January 19th. It got shipped out the next day. Best budget bike I could ask for, as well as an incredible amount of torque. This bike is great for those who want a thrill for a low cost.

Tuttio ICT buyer beware
Does not turn on with keymotor grinds, first generation speedometer races through numbers.kickstand does not stay adjustedMotor used to only work when pedalingunable to use any setting because speedometer does not workbattery showed fully charged, will not start.shocks bottom out just by gently pushing on thembrakes rotors are warped and a message was sent when brand new. the best remedy would be to exchange the bike for another?dropped off today 2/4/26 at 4:20 pm at loading dock at address given This bike is 6 months old, excellent condition. Less than 300 miles. It is a lemon and should be replaced. Over two months of emailing. No dealer support!

Finding something that is made with…
Finding something that is made with excellent quality these days is hard. This bike has been one of the best purchases we have made. I cannot even guess how many hours the boys had already put on their new bikes. From street, grass, and all the snow we got they have run beautifully. Couldn’t recommend them more!
