I had several questions on one of your vapes (Utillian 723) and Lisa came online to help. She was quick, I didn't feel like she was helping a dozen other people at the same time, which is a novelty... Good service and quick responses (which I really appreciate)... I ended up buying the Utillian 621 instead of the 723 since it had single degree temp control. That's important if your into the terpene vape temps to really get the most from my flower!

I purchased a Puffco Pivot bundle from you because it was the best price I could find, and you throw in a free hot knife! The Pivot is a neat design that works as advertised. Get one, and get elevated.

I think this vape is garbage
I think this vape is garbage, it was pitched to me in bait and switched by a Chat employee due to a recall on arizer. Search Reddit for reviews on this I made the mistake of taking their word for it. The company is owned by T vapes it was the Zeus GT3

Made a payment but was having difficulty with the process. Marvi not only was extremely patient with me but called me directly and walked me through what may have been the issue. Ultimately everything worked out and my purchase is on the way. I actually thought it just wasn’t going to happen but she again made it it possible. Truly appreciate the customer service 🙏🏼
