I got the 71" Ravelle Chandelier. It's great quality and looks just like the Restoration Hardware version. Customer service is top notch. I had many questions for their Customer Service Representative Chany who was extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this company and product.
Team was excellent! We even had a few items damaged in shipping and they were quick to replace. Thankful for the service and the beautiful product!

We loved our experience from Ulamps. A part of our order was stolen by a porch pirate, and Ulamps' customer service team were incredibly responsive and understanding in resolving the issue and sending a replacement lamp. We will definitely be ordering more lamps in the future.
The dining room chandelier arrived packed in a hard wood box. It is exactly as portrayed on the website. This is the third light I have orders from ULamps. All were fantastic. Customer service was beyond good! I highly recommend ULamps.
The pendants we purchased are too beautiful for words. Everyone always comments on them. The customer service was outstanding. We had a hardware color change and they were able to intercept the order, switch it, and then promptly ship the items just in time for the kitchen crew's installation.
Fixtures look nice but, what you receive is not what is pictured on the website. They worked to make it look pretty similar to their own website photos but, the design is still not 100%. The item does not include instructions on how to install.
We purchased a sconce light and it came in perfect condition as it was in the photos. It came in very sturdy packaging and the quality was great. We also had to work with customer service and their support is jaw dropping. Will definitely order rest of our lights from them.

We purchased Arcachones Led Round Chandelier 48" × 1 and had issues with not working and lighting color etc,. Customer service was very responsive and ensured all concerns were resolved… would certainly recommend ulamps to my friends…
My Ulamp contact was Chany. He was very responsive to all my questions prior to ordering the pendants as well as helping me take care of an issue following the installation. One of the pendants didn’t fit properly. I followed his suggestions to reinstall it properly and when this didn’t work he promptly arranged for a new one to be shipped which took care of the problem.

Ulamps.com and their product are fantastic. I love my new pendant lights. I had an issue in the beginning and Chany with customer service did everything possible to help me figure out the problem. Chany went above and beyond what was expected, they even came up with scenarios for my electrician to troubleshoot. In the end we determined that the Iotty smart switch had to have a dimmer module installed for proper function.
We got what we wanted at a fair price!
