Delivery hiccups, but the sofa is fantastic
It took a bit longer to arrive than promised, and one of the corner pieces was scratched. I was honestly frustrated at first, but the customer service team was helpful and sent a replacement part fast. Once everything was in place, I totally fell in love. Cushions are supportive, and the leather is better than I expected. Just be patient and it’s worth it.

Very Comfortable and Stylish!
I’m so happy with this sofa! The leather feels luxurious, and the cushions are perfect. Not too soft, but not too firm either. It fits perfectly in my living room and looks just like the photos online. The delivery was on time, and the setup was super easy.

We absolutely love our theater seating…
We absolutely love our theater seating we purchased from Valencia! We decided on the Tuscany Theater seating row of 4 with the love seat in the middle and could not be happier with our selection! The trays have been very nice to hold snacks. The leather is a little stiff at first but we have slowly broken it in. These have been the perfect addition to our new home theater and would highly recommend them!

The whole experience was phenomenal…
The whole experience was phenomenal from ordering through Amazon to the day of delivery. Having the option of returning also made us very comfortable. But the workmanship and quality of the leather was over and above our expectations. The delivery process including notifications was amazing. The two men who delivered the product were also extremely careful and professional. How lucky we are.
