The first thing I noticed wasn’t the product, it was how oddly secure the box felt. Zero movement inside. Opened it up and everything was layered neatly instead of just tossed in. That kind of detail makes me more confident about ordering again.

Total SCAM
Total SCAM, as others have noted. Entered my credit card info and three different charges, from differently-named companies, were immediately posted to my account. Fortunately, my credit card company caught the fraud, but now I have to replace my card.
DON’T USE THIS SITE.

The product was cheaper than cheap
The product was cheaper than cheap. The worst crap I ever got nothing like advertised. The company is not a US company I had to pay return shipping. I’m fighting with them to get my money back. They’ve had my product back for almost 3 weeks. They also charge you a membership, even if you don’t sign up for it. I ended up having to cancel my credit card because they tried charging under five different names stay far away from this company. Customer service is not existent. They hung up on me several times when I called inquiring about my refund.

This is a fact FRAUD ALERT
This is a fact. Bought a chess set and now many charges from LUVODEALS, KELVOSHOP, RETRYCURE and a misc 9.95 initial charge upon ordering.
Did not need to contact CC company.
Update to previous experience. Received refunds for every refuted charge from Verniershop.com and discontinued all unknown signups. Should not receive any more charges.

Fake made from U.S.A
Fake made from U.S.A. website that attempt immediately at checkout before you conplete your purchase it charges a $9.95. I recieved a scam message before I even completed my transaction. Online buying is dangerous for the smallest products. What a waste of a domain name, support call center staff and internet data.

Charged for $40/Month Membership I Did NOT Sign Up For
DO NOT purchase from this company. I ordered a vitamin organizer and they started charging my card $39.99/month. I realized it a few months later and this was their response when I flagged what I thought were accidental charges.

Regarding the $39.99 charge here’s what that was:
When you purchase a product on our website, you automatically receive 21 days of complimentary access to our Rewards Membership which renews after trial, includes :
Up to 30% off selected products
Free monthly items
A donation to Feeding America with every active account—unless you opt out at checkout.

There was zero mention of this "Rewards Membership" at checkout or in my confirmation email. I got no emails about a rewards membership or any of the free monthly items mentioned in their response. It's a predatory practice that quietly preys on people who aren't paying attention (as I wasn't for a few months!).

Did not receive what I ordered which cost $138. First customer service person could not understand my Texas English so hung up. Second person told me to return the item received & I would be charged a 15% restocking fee. Postage to return incorrect item cost me $18. They received the item on 1/20/26 & it is now 2/4/26 & I still have not received a refund.

Very shady experience- will not use again
It sounds like a similar experience to others…it markets itself as US shop, but took weeks to arrive from China. Communication on the shipping status was majorly lacking. We used ApplePay & thank goodness because we received several fraudulent charge attempts after purchasing from this site. As others have said, we also automatically got charged for the extra “warranty” but when I emailed, they removed the charge right away. The product ((2) gold, cordless, touch lamps) are pretty but one malfunctions, automatically turning on, so runs down its battery & needs recharging again. It’s extra frustrating because with two lamps, it’s ideal they work together. Thank goodness we got them on sale.

Complaint Regarding Customer Service Interaction
Earlier today, I placed an order for a dress. During checkout, I selected the “No thanks” option for Ultimate Protection; however, I was nevertheless charged the associated $9.95 fee. I initially sent an email regarding this issue and then contacted the 24/7 customer service line for assistance when I saw this was an option.
During the call, the representative provided no greeting and abruptly instructed me to hold. After several holds, the interaction escalated significantly. When I requested clarification and later asked to speak with a supervisor, the representative stated that she herself was the supervisor and responded in a confrontational and inappropriate manner. The language used during this exchange was offensive and wholly unacceptable in any customer service setting.

Misled on Ease of Product Use
I ordered a small electronic that was apparently from a 2nd party. Somehow I also automatically paid for a Lifetime Warranty which I didn't want, so made my first phone call. Items were supposed to be US made, but it was shipped from China. After receiving, emails indicated they would help with set up. But when I called the customer service number which they promoted, person was very rude and said to email for help. The whole thing turned out to be a bust, and then to top it off, somehow I was enrolled in their 'Rewards Club' for another $39.99/month. When I called to cancel that, the person was again very rude and actually hung up on me. Third call, he said they would reimburse. We will see.

The product I received was of poor…
The product I received was of poor quality, plastic wall lamps that barely hold a charge and took twice as long to get to me as they said. At checkout, I said I didn't want shipping protection but they went ahead and charged me $9.95 for it. A month later a mysterious charge for $39.99 showed up on my credit card statement, I don't know what for as I never approved it.

Company is a scam. They charged for the order then I received a bill from a third party service for the same item. They said they do not use the third party but the third party had all of my information.

I ordered an outdoor antenna on January 2. Contacted customer service today January 23 about an update on my order. Received a reply saying my order was canceled . I never canceled it but I’m glad it was. This company has very poor communication. I would not recommend ordering anything from them.

Subscription scam and incorrect product…
Subscription scam and incorrect product description for super large folding umbrella. Only positive is company did refund my money but not without a hassle. When order was placed, I opted out of a subscription. Was immediately charged as if I opted in so this is a scam right from the start. I called customer service and they reversed the change. One month later, I received 2 more charges and had to cancel my card due to fraud. Then, the product took a month to arrive and shipping status updates were not accurate. The product did not match the description so I had to fight for a refund. I order a super large folding umbrella but the diameter was 10 inches shorter than the description. They wanted to offer me half a refund but I refused. Also, the umbrella itself is faulty when opening because the edges don't open out, the are folded up so you have to manually push the edges down, something nobody wants to do in the rain.

Not What Was Pictured!
The Willow Tree Nativity set sold was a total bait and switch! The website uses pictures of figures that are or look like Willow Tree products, but sends you a set that’s a fraction of the size and not what’s pictured. Mine was a gift from my guy, who got totally scammed. He didn’t recognize that the price was too good to be true for what he was ordering. He feels terrible - I just feel mad. It also took several inquiries to even get it delivered after Christmas when it was ordered early in December. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE, unless you know NOT to expect what’s pictured. Shame on you Vernier Shop for your false and misleading webpage!!

False advertising and horrible customer…
False advertising and horrible customer service! I ordered a keepsake travel box as a gift, and it’s shown with a sweet map drawing on the plexiglass front. The images in the reviews also show the map. I received a plain shadow box that looks nothing like what they who’s on their website and in the reviews. When I called them on it, they said the map isn’t in the description of the item—but it’s on the boxes in the reviews? C’mon.
They offered me a discount but that’s it. And when I tried ti leave a review on their site, you could only leave one with five stars! DO NOT buy from this shop!
